I have been taking hot flush supplements for the past two years. Unfortunately, they have stopped working recently. I looked for different ways until I found your channel. Each session with you made a difference. After a week, I finally slept through the night (so far hot flashes and night sweats woke me up about 6 times a night). I returned to normal life. thanks for this one aprille!! i'm in peri-, and temperature fluctuations and mood (generally turned inward - oh, for the release of one great hissy fit!!) are the things i struggle with. will be trying sitali breathing to cool myself down when i need it :) so weird to see cat-less vids!!
You are very welcome! I think using this breath comes in handy a lot of times - even if you are just overheated from working outside or the weather is super hot. It is also very soothing which helps settle the sympathetic nervous response (fight or flight) - helping the endocrine system stay balanced. Sometimes the cats just aren't interested (this was a weird day) but then sometime they are in every video each week (cat life I think). Thanks for joining me and have a great week! Peace, Aprille
At the very beginning stages of perimenopause, I don't experience hot flashes yet. I do however wake up really hot at night! I always forget how cooling sitali can be, thanks for the remimder🙏🏼💜

Lately during yoga and other relaxing times I am feeling some sort of energy in my hands, like I’m holding a very light big ball. My dog was even licking my hand the other day during a laying on the back twist!😉👍🏽😂
