      The rum is optional to be honest. It gives it a great kick!

    My favorite drink! Question though, I've never worked with dried sorrel. Is there any major difference to the flavor?

      It's all about availability. The flavor is just a bit more potent but that really is the only difference.

      In total 6 litres of water was used for the 2 packs of sorrel, 8oz each.
