    Looks delicious! What is the warming temperature that you use for the oven?

      Great question! I set the oven to 170°F when I just started the process so it could heat up then turned it off and left the oven door closed to retain the warmth. That warmth is sufficient for both proofing steps 👍🏾

    How long did you leave the dough to rise?

      The first proofing step was about 30-35 minutes and the second time was 25 minutes 🙂
