I just got this, for some reason, when i turn the level up to 10, it automatically goes to 5, i think because the battery is low? So i plugged it into mains and it stilll does it? Makes no sense? Have you incurred this?

I haven't experienced that. I use mine for almost every shoot I do and it's still working well. Have you tried changing the settings with the remote? Maybe that will help it go past 5? Not sure about this one!
