I’ve been looking for a tube light that has these effects. Thanks for the help

Can you not use with the DC adapter plugged in when in studio? Then the 2 hour limit isn’t as much an issue if it can run on mains power all day.

You can absolutely use it with DC when in studio. I more meant when you’re on a location shoot without easy access to power. But studio is fine when on DC

Hi, Great video - can this screw into a standard light stand? Why kind of screw / thread connector does it have? Thanks!

Hey Crispin, yeah, it has a 1/4” thread on it and with the supplied mount clip.

They made it almost perfect, The usb missing is key, just to be able to use the mobile, Mac or iPad charger anywhere, even in a trip or a simple power bank with a long usb cable it'll make it perfect. I'll wait for the newer version, perhaps there is some way to reach Neewer and give some feedback about this.

I have two of these. What the heck is the 2.4G option instead of the Bluetooth?

Side note, I wish there was a hard shell EVA case for this thing. Not really liking the padded case

Hey there. Neewer says that one can use this light while charging, have you tried it?

Hey, yep, you can definitely use it while charging. Which is how you’d want to use it wall mounted as part of your set lighting (if that’s your use for it).
