This is brilliant, I grew up in a conservative Brahmin household in which everyone shits on things they don't deem to be part of "Indian Culture". No ethnic or religious group has a monopoly on Indianness. Minority religions and people from tribes or scheduled castes have been shat on. This was eye-opening and heartwarming.
Kudos to Sonny and the team, this is nothing short of ground-breaking. It reminded me of how Anthony Bourdain used to effortlessly discuss deeply intense political issues. Sonny did just that and took it a step farther by doing it in a light hearted way, throwing in some comedy in a way in which only Sonny can. This is an evolution of Bourdain.

3:51 As a Keralite they are welcomed here. They are Indians. Two Manipuri friends of my elder sister who were studying nursing in Banglore came with her during vacation. They stayed here and we took great care of them. They were seeing coconuts, Jack fruit etc for the first time.
