Ii can almost feel it at the back of my throat, and it gives a bit of a cough. But, ummm yeah, that was a big dabble of chili peppers for thAt small amount of soup, boat soup ...
The Mussel Omelet is my favorite. Uncle needs his own cooking show. The Dancing Chef. When I visit Ayutthaya, I am going to look for him. He puts a lot of rhythm and roll (and love) into that Omelet, which is the secret ingredient that I'm sure makes it taste so brilliant!!!
Welcome to Ayutthaya! For those who are watching, he got a great list. I'm local and I second that. The oyster omelette and the noodle is at the same walking street next to the Wat Mahatat so it's perfect to visit the historical site at late noon for the best photography lighting and then move to the walking street market in the evening as the sun goes out.
@@051jatinbhagat Exactly. That's the concept the old city was based on. And also still left in the current Thai Royal English named as King Rama up to the 10th now.
5 years of watching mark and every time i see him add chilies to his plate im still astonish. how does this man still have taste buds!! great video sir. going back the homeland this june, will definitely be going to eat those boat noodles.
Mark, I love all the yummie & unique foods. Very creative & fun as well. I hope you had fun making these vlogs. It did seem very fun! Thank you for all you do!
Thank you for taking us on the adventure with you! My next vacation is looking more and more like Thailand! Need to visit and explore the wonderful food experience! Thank you Mark.
great editing on the omelet ninja section. also was the ninja dancing Capoeira? also thanks for all the hard work, you bring so much joy and happiness into the world with what you're doing and I so appreciate it.
You used to irritate me with your smiling all the time! But you’ve grown on me! Keep smiling! You are a breath of fresh air! Fave dish: fried prawns with chilli, garlic and spring onions. Yummm. Could eat those all day!
Of course, I'm drooling, as always while I'm watching Mark's eating food in Thailand. Love it when he gave the title "Omelet Ninja", that was perfect. That 'Uncle" is unbelievably amazing. Omelet Ninja, indeed! 😋🥰
All of your videos have been very interesting and impressive. I love all food. I’m very jealous of you, I wish I can travel and eat all different foods. keep up the good work 👍Susu✌️
It's always calories in vs calories out, I guarantee he doesn't eat like this everyday. There's no such thing as a fast metabolism, you can have an elevated one where you can maybe eat 5-700kcal more than the average person combined with regular exercise. Anericans eat processed junk carbs and don't move, that's the real issue to the USA obesity.
He exercises a lot at the very least. In one of his older videos a few years ago he shows his exercise routine and he appears to maintain a strict regimen of vigorous exercise. Some other non-fat people tend to have smooth skin, with a bit of that "baby fat" on the surface, but you'll notice that in addition to being slim, Mark is also very fit, cut and vascular. You don't get vascular without burning off calories regularly.
You've been in Pa Lek Boat Noodle many many years ago. That's how I knew about the place and visited the restaurant when I went there. Thanks Mark for introducing the boat noodle
Wow those boat noodles literally had my jaws tingling lol. OMGOODNESS!! The noodle & beef soups is one of my favorite Thai foods for sure I absolutely love. There's nothing else or nowhere other that compares to the sweet & sour combination of aromatic flavors of fresh herbs & chilies enhancing each consumption with satisfying sensational joy!! Thanks Mark for bringing it back to your home Thailand the motherland of flavors & sweetheat desirable cuisines like no other!! I enjoy it each & everytime my wife/ family prepares these dishes whenever im lucky to do so I never take for granite... 🌶🍜🍡🍳🍻
Such a cool video, keep it up!! I’ve got a question, do you film all your footage it one batch, and then edit it all in one batch afterwards? So like 4 weeks of just filming, and then you go somewhere and edit for 4 weeks. Or do you film and edit the same day and post it the following day?
Hey Mark.. would it be possible to do a series on Halaal food around different places. Starting with Thailand for people like me who love food but find it difficult to get the same authentic Thai food but that’s Halal. Thank you

Mark you should travel to Ashland Oregon. It is full of restaurants and beauty culture. One restaurant I recommend is Morning Glory. Only open in the morning. Big waiting line. The pancakes will feed your whole family.
Thailand is one of the most unique and beautiful countries on the planet. I'm always happy to see Mark do vids on it anyday.
