Yes, from 4:16 to 5:09 is some of the greatest sound you’ll ever hear. Clearly they were on top of their game at this point in their musical careers. Simply musical brilliance !!
Great reaction, Great song, excellent album. A couple of my favorites from this album, “The Wanton Song”, and “The Rover”. Of course, “Kashmir “ goes without saying.
When I was a little kid in the 70s, I remember my older brother (God bless and rest him) had a room in the basement where he hung out with his friends. I remember hearing this song and album coming from that room and I was just hanging nearby and listening. That'a about 45 years ago now (stunning). I miss those times...and my big bro.
it was mid 1975when physical graff came out and that day i had the album as i had all previous albums as they were released and i had seen my 1st led zep show in january of that year i was 17 at my 1st show and i was 19at my second they played 4 songs for us thatnight in 75 that were on an album due out later that year plant told us and we recognized them when we 1st heard the album! kashmir, sick again, trampled underfoot and in my time of dying
Have you done You Shook Me from their first album? Holy $#@& it's awesome! Grungy, sludgy blues with an organ solo, harmonica solo, guitar solo and finishes up with Plant imitating Jimmy's guitar playing. Not to be missed!
That's not a rumor, it was a true fact. One of Plant's girlfriend in mid's 60 told him (way before Zepp). "I am done, you need to choose, It's me or your fans". Than later when Zepp was the biggest band in the world and he was married w/ Maureen and had 2 kids she showed up to confront him. He said he was glad that she did that, coz later they would not having anything to relate to. Ending mocking her pride "She has a washing machine that works and a sports car, she must be happy" . The interview where he said this might be the one with Cameron Crowe to Rolling Stone magazine, Jan 75..Cheers!!
Another great reaction by you from this fantastic album. This song-ahhhhh- it always gets me in the pit of my stomach. It's so sad and beautiful. Jimmy's guitar is haunting. You know Jimmy plays the double necked guitar on Stairway and other numbers. When Ten Years Gone was performed live - John Paul Jones played it on a TRIPLE NECK guitar - a 12 string, a 6 string and a mandolin. Here's a link to it Live film from Knebworth 1979 if you're interested ua-cam.com/video/C0svyurqS68/v-deo.html
Hey Sal, as an "old" Brit I grew up listening to Led Zeppelin so big fan😊 But I can't see any Pink Floyd videos? Wouldn't dream of getting into a who is better, but if Zepp is West then Floyd is East, or if Zepp is down Floyd is up. If you haven't done Pink Floyd yet, I would highly recommend takling the album - Dark Side of the Moon - in track order. Ideally do each side in a single sitting. I know that sounds OTT but please trust me. The tracks on DSotM transition one into the next. And if Zepp take you to another land, I garantee Floyd will take you to another planet!!!
The reason why it was written was one of the band members was dating a woman 10 years earlier and she said it's me or your f****** music and he chose to music and he thought about her 10 years later and just simply wondered where she was and what she was doing
@@Choicecrew91 UA-cam removed some of the guitars from the song? Not sure what you mean by to loud, but this video is missing guitar tracks that leave the song sounding hollow compared to the original song.
@@Choicecrew91 If you chose the version that has 14+ million listens then it's on your end. You most likely are recoding only 1 channel or encoding 1 channel.
Thanks for sharing! If you have a second, we recorded a cover of Van Halen. As fellow music lovers, we'd love if you would take a listen. It's on our page. Don't be too tough on us :)

My favorite song ever!! It’s a musical masterpiece. Physical Graffiti is phenomenal album. They pushed the limits and exceeded them.

wow sorry for your loss my friend but great memories to share thankyou !
You summed it up while it was playing fella, yep a beautiful song indeed.
Complete rock band. The best ever!
This is one of my favorite Zeppelin tunes that flies under the radar. Doesn't get nearly as much attention as it deserves!
Physical Graffiti is one of top favorite album....love this album.

This song is about Robert's GF at the time yrs earlier that she told him it's me or the band, smart Robert thank god ....
It was his first, a huge event in a man's life, especially one as poetic as Robert.
Right out of the gate, dude not only knows great music, but the manner and tone in which it Robert Plant conducted to the lyrics.
Led Zeppelin is at the top of the mountain and It'll be a long long time before anybody else replaces them. Just ain't gonna happen.
zeppelin the great
In work shop, in high school, Zep got me really into classic rock. Better than the Beatles, Stones, or Black Sabbath
Another one of my favorites!! They did this live...check it out!
I will check it out
One of my favorites
You would like Custard Pie and In The Light!
ok coming soon
You should have warned him about In The Light. Might not be the same after
In The Light is an amazing track.
@@Choicecrew91 one of the saddest vibes ever in this song......and...yes.....In the light is a must......but then you have to close with Kashmir
Bro, the fidelity of your upload Is amazing . Kinda makes me feel like I'm 15 again and listening to this on vinyl on my my stereo....cheers!
The album cover had an insert. When you pulled on the insert, things would appear in the windows

One of my favorites
I was in my bedroom hearing this for the first time after I bought the vinyl and dropped it on the Turntable
wow !
If you feel this song then you are on the same page as me. Love the reaction my brother!!
thanks bro
I first heard at cousins apartment in Montreal, 1995...senses enhanced 😁
Rumor has it that it was about Robert had a girlfriend who told him to chose between her and his singing career...we know his choice!
That's not a rumor, it was a true fact. One of Plant's girlfriend in mid's 60 told him (way before Zepp). "I am done, you need to choose, It's me or your fans". The letters just spell Physical Graffiti (right to left, top to bottom) 😊
Thanks !!
Job well done.

Plant wrote this song about his girlfriend who wanted him to choose her! Well the rest is history!

Ok bro I’ll take your word for it thanks for watching and for your comment 👌🏽💯
Yes the song is definitely missing a channel (not playing in stereo), but it still sounds good lol
The letters don't mean anything it just spells out physical graffiti! The name of the album keep the posting love your reactions bro!
The reason why it was written was one of the band members was dating a woman 10 years earlier and she said it's me or your f****** music and he chose to music and he thought about her 10 years later and just simply wondered where she was and what she was doing
It spells Physical Graffiti ...😀
This is missing a channel (much of the sound). Is this intended to bypass youtube? Is this a problem with your recording?
Don’t listen to loud you’ll be fine & it’s UA-cam not me
