i had a doubt regarding, when is the final payment recieved by the seller, in the case when the buyer is taking a home loan. i have been told by the broker, that after the sale deed is registered, the sale deed will be submitted with the bank and then the bank will release the final payment to the seller. is it correct? because in this case there is will be lot tension with the seller, pl clarify. i am the seller
For that the bank or loan providing loan provides a photo of the cheque which is ready to give you. Based on that you can put a case in court if you don't give the cheque. And don't vacate it unless you get the last payment in your account
