      Payment terms sale agreement ka hissa hote hain, usme kitna cheque, kitna cash se hoga sab mention hona chahiye. Circle rate se kam to bech hi nahi sakte to ek significant amount bank me hi aayega

    Sir agar seller ki loan chal rahi hai or buyer ko other bank se loan lena hai to same property k upr other bank loan de sakta hai? Ki pehle seller ko loan close karna padta hai?

    In case of Under Construction Flat with loan Resale ---- whether the new buyer has to pay the stamp duty & registration charges or the same old stamp duty & registration charges are valid /transferred to new buyer ? Hope the builder will get the sale deed done for the new buyer.

    i had a doubt regarding, when is the final payment recieved by the seller, in the case when the buyer is taking a home loan. i have been told by the broker, that after the sale deed is registered, the sale deed will be submitted with the bank and then the bank will release the final payment to the seller. is it correct? because in this case there is will be lot tension with the seller, pl clarify. i am the seller

      For that the bank or loan providing loan provides a photo of the cheque which is ready to give you. Based on that you can put a case in court if you don't give the cheque. And don't vacate it unless you get the last payment in your account

    Sir... i need one small SUGGESTION..from u ...
    My father's brother have a 30*50 PLOT in very good residential area that may range around 29 LAKHS in TIER-2 city (muncipal corporation)... recently in our town...govt have initiated NEW AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION (foundation laid)...and alloted fund and ordered to complete it within an year.....
    Now MY QUESTION is
    1- whether they have to sell the plot in good residential area and take a roadside plot NEAR AIRPORT for commercial purposes (renting).....
    2- how much probability is ther such that the area ... around new airport in tier 2 cities .. develop economic activities ..YEARS NEEDED..
