I just found these workouts...I was hooked after the first class. Thank you so much for putting out challenging workouts, seriously! These are not for the faint at heart if you go all out. I have been needing to ramp it up and so glad I found Yvette! THANK YOU!!!

Goodness that was a killer! 5’2” 110lbs and I’m at 627 calories burned after this one. You kept my heart rate at 156 for most of the workout. I have inhaled so much face sweat it’s disgusting lol! Thank you for the awesome workout!
I started working out 3 weeks ago & loved the look of this video SO MUCH! I knew I couldn't start at this level, so put it in my week 3 playlist & finally I'm here! I've been working out 6 days a week (one day is active rest) & I've quickly gained fitness, so thankfully I feel ready to do this, probably with some modifications. I'm excited to have finally reached the point I can sweat & puff & groan my way through this workout! Will be doing it this morning 💪💪🌞🤗
I made it 33 minutes with about 50% modifcations and two water breaks. I'd keep going but I strained a ligament in the back of my knee. Back to low impact for a while for me :( I'll be back though.
Yesterday I commented on one of your HIIT videos that the transitions were too fast and it wasn't my favorite format. Well, TODAY - holy moly!! This workout was BOMB!! I held 1.5 lb egg weights and I thought I wanted to throw up a couple times, but in a good way, lol. You really worked the core. I used to do live kickboxing classes and that was the period of my life when I had the best abs. I think I'm going to make your kickboxing classes my new staple. I should take some before pictures right now because I think in a few months you'll have me ripped. Thank you so much!!
This was a totally awesome workout!!!!! Another great one 4 the books.....I was drenched and luvd every minute of it...I thank you again 4 sharing..keep em coming!!!!

Yvette you know which one i love too, it's titled 15 minute HITT workout Weights. strength & cardio even though this is a butt kicker it helps me practice the moves for the hour long classes i do the circuits better and longer, stronger. It feels like that one on one time. Thank you so much my health angel.

Did I miss the gliders being used? I love incorporating gliders into workouts. Everything you do is so fun because you use so much different equipment and change it up!! I never get bored!

About 40 mins in i had to pause you to drink. What a brutally awesome workout. I usually do the strength ones, so this one kicked my cardiac muscles. Love those leggings!
Love your videos! I was wondering if you could insert some modifiers for the jumping exercises. I have lots of stamina just that the knees aren’t what they once were. Every time I jump I flinch with pain when I land. I love the intensity just my joints can’t handle the impact.
