Runner here. Sprained my ankle pretty badly, still not running and not enjoying the stiffness that I’m experiencing, even though I am cycling and walking. I have done yoga before but I got away from it. To strengthen myself and engage my body so that it can heal, I found this channel. Love the three videos I’ve been practicing with so far. This one is reachable yet has some arm strength challenges that I enjoy working towards. Great flow!
Thank you! That was relaxin yet strengthening. I’m so much stronger; two years ago I’d have broken down. It since practising with you, muscles seem to appear; maybe another 20 years and I’ll float to handstand !

I have trained with you in person many times, on the Gold Coast and in Byron Bay and has since then (for 10 years or more) followed your online classes, all of which I love. Love the creativity you bring to the practice and your wisdom and peaceful presence.
Thank you Patrick, a joy to practice with you - loved the side plank slide flow, that was cool - really great to support that inner leg strength. looking forward to some more flows that help build that ability to float on the hands when springing forward from ado mukho svanasana. find it tricky to keep the hips above the shoulders without feeling like i'm going over!
that move take time, focus on pushing through the shoulders fully on every jump so they create stable base for the hips to stack on top of. often times students try to simply receive the energy on the jump instead of understanding that it needs to move!
This flow is wonderful. First time for me with that brutal side plank (which I was a little scared of when I check out this video before trying to do it), but I took it as a new challenge! Thanks very much for your amazing work with us.
