We’re currently working on a free v2 upgrade for the F28, including the UNS FMS and more capable autopilot. The Xbox version is also coming soon, so it’s certainly not been forgotten. Martyn - Just Flight
You guys are just awesome... I really have a hard time waiting for your A300. Didn't even bother buying the one from inibuilds. I hope that project is still active.
This plane might not cater to the algorithm, but it sure caters to my tastes! I'll take all the F-28, 146, and MD-11 you can throw at me. Thanks for the stream/vod.
Loving the stream, and loving the old jets! I do wish that the flightsim community as a whole could agree on a standard, maybe an older database set which still allows for non-RNAV departures from major airports.
I waited for this one many months and was delighted when it was released. Vintage radio navigation, no speed control etc. Flew it constantly for a while. But then it suddenly became boring for lack of something which I believe has become central to expensive, detailed FS aircraft: failure modeling. Just Flight folded that into the BAE but seems to have simply abandoned the F28. Maybe it didn't sell enough, maybe they thought it wasn't worth the effort. A total shame, as this is one of the finest aircraft in the sim. Without possible failures the thrill just isn't there. May as well be arcading around in a Carenado plane at constant redlined full throttle, full RPM, no worries.
You do have a point. I too was hoping it would have some mismanagement failures implemented by now. Perhaps they’re waiting for fs2024 for a full new feature set lol
While I understand your point, after knowing what numbers to pay attention to, the thrill of failures by mishandling is kind of gone imo. So for me it's not a big deal as the rest is made exceptionally well. Also I haven't managed to redline the F28 except for airspeed until now so either the numbers aren't supposed to reach these values or I am treating it too softly anyway lol.

@@CambsPilot fantastic! Can’t wait to see what the future holds.

Had a busy Sunday and missed this live. Will watch it later! 😉
Goodness those engine sounds! Fun flight. 48:31
UA-cam may not like this plane, but it is phenomenal content every time! Cheers V1!
MD-11 with the no flap landing
Air Niugini still flys this plane between Australia and Port Moresby, Madang etc. This planes got to be more than 30yrs old.
