@@tiffanydennis4227 Tyler is right! I used to try to move with protest... I tried moving in semi-silence.. I tried to move in silence EVEN... only later breaking that silence...it doesn't work! Moving in silence totally IS sort of new to me at 50 almost.. but no more drama! They used up their last chances with me and I'm done with them.. finally!! (They'll have to find another source of entertainment!)

Even if I reconcile and forgive that person it is over, I can forgive that person so i don’t keep so much bitterness inside me but it is done, no going back and while doing this you will be feeling better, it’s crazy how good you can feel about never seeing a toxic person again or involving them in your life, I feel that it’s something like releasing an energy blockage that didn’t allow you to grow and evolve to be better and happier, so releasing those people from your life will make space for better things and the creator of the universe will provide that once you start taking action to get rid of those people which represent spiritual blockages that can’t let you grow and get better!

I would not recommend anyone to seek mental health care advice, but I do recommend people suffering from mental health; is to watch this video specifically, Mind games can be lethal - to the extent where one individual can not cope with mind games and end up committing suicide. I know of four individuals to do that. I personally love it when people play mind games with me as it gives me a challenge to conquer in coming out the best out of the situation.
