I have a 23zero and I contacted the manufacturer. They were able to tell me how much of a cantilever is acceptable before you damage it. They also suggested which bed racks had an acceptable footprint.

This is really depending on your RTT measure your mattress and go from there. Usually is a full or twinXL

I guess my main question would be, if these problems are having to be fixed by aftermarket items, why wont the manufacturers pay attention to the consumer and take care of these problems? Seems to me that they would listen to the complaints and do something to please the buyer.
