Just bought this same tactical kit from Bass Pro Shops. On sale $399. Awesome deal. Shot it the first time this past weekend. It’s an amazing gun. Accurate and the trigger is amazing. My new EDC.
I bought my Kimber R7 Mako in early 2024. I have had it at the range on several occasions. To date, I have put more than 1250 rounds through it without a single FTF, or FTE. Prior to this Kimber, my first Kimber, I carried either a custom G19, or a Canik TP9 Elite SC as my EDC firearm. This Kimber R7 Mako has replaced either of those Firearm as my EDC gun. The (MY) Kimber R7 Mako has reliability unmatched by any other firearm I currently own. BTW, I have a Holosun EPS Carry RDS on my Kimber R7 Mako for my preferred setup. . Take care, be SAFE.
Nice, I agree. For sure better than the Glock. I watched a abuse mud,sand test with both the kimber r7 and glock 17 and the Glock failed to cycle every time. The Kimber R7 has the ability to keep the slide clean and still function if you drop it in the mud. The Kimber R7 inspires confidence in your ability to accurately hit a target and you can do so without taking extra time to line up the sights. The HoloSun EPS Carry is probably the best sight you can pair this with.
@Oblivionsurveyor I've never shot any gun like my Kimber R7 Mako, I was at the range yesterday and put another 150 rounds through it and NO FTF or FTE ---- I've never shot a gun like this. I think there's something wrong with this gun --- it just won't fail. 😀 Take care, be SAFE.
It did not fit my hand very well , I just couldn’t get the accuracy I needed to see . It does carry well inside and outside the wasteland . Sticking to my 4in 1911 , not a Kimber lol
Good morning Jimmini! My 1st time to see an RK7 like you I don't care for small weapons very much cause my large hands. And why build an almost 1911? Just because it’s different, and looks weird. I have one, it shoots like a full size.
