- Here's how I use the NuFace Trinity on the neck and cheek area.

CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR USE
NuFACE Trinity Device should not be used in the following areas:
-Breast area
-Eye area (circular muscle within the orbital rim)
-Mid-line of neck (bone of neck)
-Groin area
The NuFACE Trinity Device should not be used by:
-Children
-Pregnant Women
-People subject to seizures
-People with cancer/tumors
-People with a cardiac pacemaker
-People with implanted defibrillators/stimulators
-People with electronic implanted devices
If you have any medical concerns, such as a severe mental illness, epilepsy or seizures, or recent facial surgery, please consult your doctor before using...
The NuFACE Trinity Device should only be used on normal, intact skin.
Do not apply stimulation across our chest as the introduction of electrical current into the chest may cause rhythm disturbances to your heart, which could be lethal.
The long-term effects of stimulation are not known.

Although the NuFace Trinity is not currently FDA approved or cleared to use on the neck, I did start using it on my neck back in 2012 when NuFace first introduced the Trinity for use on the face, neck, and body.

Very helpful! I do the same routine. I just need to be more consistent. How often do you use it? I try for 3 days per week. My neck needs the most help.

Thank you for sharing your experience. My facial concern is my big jaw area and flesh around the jaw. Your video is really helpful for me. How often do you perform this treatment? three times a week approximately? or more than that?
In a perfect world, I would be doing this every other day... but in reality and with time constraints I'm at about 1 to 2 times a week right now. I found that regular usage is necessary early on and if you do that, the facial muscles bounce back pretty quickly if you have to stop for a while.

How often do you do the micro current treatment? Is it better to do it morning or night in your experience? Thanks for the video. I have this device with all of the attachments and I think it is fantastic and worth the investment. Eileen
Right now I'm doing microcurrent 1 to 2 times a week because I've been kind of busy. I usually do this in the day when my husband is gone because he can't stand to hear the beeps and will make unnecessary comments about my skin care treatments like I'm bat sh*t crazy... :) Keep up with your treatments - it's totally worth it!
