All the doctors are not same like you , if a diabetic pt complaining headache , or back ache they also prescribe painkillers or analgesic oint , or they just tell you have headache may be due to tension !!!
Now a days most of our Cardiologist , are cum Diabetologist with experience .

ഞാൻ മൂന്ന് വർഷത്തിൽ കൂടുതലായി തോൾ വേദന അനുഭവിക്കുന്നു. പല ഡോക്ടർമാരെ കണ്ടു മരുന്നുകൾ കഴിച്ചു കാര്യമായ വ്യത്യാസമില്ല. ഫിസിയോ തെറാപ്പി ചെയ്തു ഇനി എന്ത് ചെയ്യണം എന്ന് വിചാരിച്ചു ഇരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ആണ് താങ്കളുടെ ഈ എപ്പിസോഡ്. ഇടതു കൈ ഉയർത്താൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല. സാറിന്റെ ഉപദേശം പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.

എനിക്ക് തോളിൽ അരിഞ്ഞവേദനയും ഇടത് കൈയും കൈമുട്ടും സഹിക്കാൻ കഴിയാത്ത വേദനയാണ് പ്രമേഹം തുടങ്ങിയിട്ട് പത്ത് വർഷമായി, എന്നാൽ ഇപ്പോൾ നോർമ്മലാണ് ഡോക്റ്ററെ കണ്ട് പല ടെസ്റ്റുകൾ ചെയ്തു എല്ലാം നോർമ്മൽ വേദനക്ക് കുറവില്ല ,50 വയസ്സുള്ള ഞാൻ വേദന സംഹരി കഴിക്കുന്നു. എത്ര നാൾ തുടരാൻ കഴിയും മറ്റ് മാർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടോ?
