For context of this song: it has zero context.
The series, Symphogear, is primarily a Gurren Lagann/Kill la Kill-esque over-the-top action show about magical girls who need to sing to use their magical power armor, but then in one episode it just smash cuts from a dramatic scene to a scene of the three comic relief characters trying to teach the main character and her totally-not-girlfriend how to make beef stroganoff.
This is also the same season where the main character punches a mountain in half while surfing a space shuttle, and the main villain wants to blow up the earth as revenge for witch trials.

wait i thought it was "entertaining sound," an album from 2017 that you were reuploading for some reason. but in this video you call it "new." So is it "entertaining sound (2017)" (2022)?? if so i love the whimsical confusingness of it. but i am confused

Yes, it is "entertaining sound (2017)" (2022) His running theme of album names is just whatever it would be hardest to document in wikipedia, hence (disambiguation)
