In a hypothetical more serious version of toki pona this line wouldn't be possible to translate this directly, but luckily for us toki pona has a dedicated word just for animal sounds. Seriously, though, why would one use ‹telo walo› for _that_ meaning? ‹ko unpa› and ‹telo unpa› are much better.
Also, mayonnaise is more ‹ko›-ey than ‹telo›-ey, so boom: ‹ko walo› and all has been disambiguated.
