I thought this case was pretty ambiguous. Yes, they took advantage of her, but she also seemed like a willing participant. Where do we draw the line? Disabled people deserve love too, it’s a tough thing to adjudicate. I can see how this would be considered reasonable back when this was filmed.
What he did was legal but absolutely should that was prejudicial AF, if the defense wasn’t smart enough to make the motion on their own sucks to be there clients 🤷🏾♂️, in reality I imagine he’d be kicked off the bench.
@@Sniperboy5551yea it's a very taboo subject that people prefer to just ignore but disabled people have sexual feelings just like we do. They may have the mental capacity of a child but they have the hormones and body of an adult. This is a perfect example of what makes law and order great they pick this grey area topics and make a fantastic show that puts both sides on display
@@Sniperboy5551 It isn't imo. She was willing under the pretense of their "love". Obviously they didn't think anything of her above a sexual relief option going by their lack of care. Didn't help much that the judge was a well known misog ahole in the show though. The line, to me, in these cases is drawn at lying.
That judge probably has a family of his own right, Some of them are women too right, Imagine if they heard the words he said about what that girl went through, He be the one in a hot seat and be judged by people knows Whose Decision he definitely can'tcontrol, An imagine has kids and Isome more girls? They would never speak to him again, Which will be the ultimate punishment.
2nd episode although it's a quite ambiguous case i feel there is reason to charge the boys. From her description they obviously knew of her disability, they laughed at her complying with them so easily and they took advantage of that. The victim's wish should be taken into consideration in most cases like this but this is not "most" cases, the victim doesn't understand the consequences and what the boys did
I felt so bad for the kid in the first part of the video as his grandfather was willing to send him to jail instead of a mental hospital to get treatment as he was scared the press or one of his competitors would find out his grandson inherited the condition from him
27:56 lawyer is giving 'Promising Young Man' vibes...couldn't care less that the kid took a life 😯 And dont even get me started on that judge 17:19 - even the defense look surprised 🤯
While the second one is a good episode, it doesn't fit the title of the compilation. No one actually dies in the episode. And in the third one, the kid isn't the killer. So... 1 for 3 is not a good percentage
In the second one, the kid (older sister of the mentally challenged girl) did KILL a teacher (accidentally) while shooting at the boys that raped her sister, so someone did die!
so in the second case, does the sister go to jail for shooting the teacher? and i can see how the judge says it was consensual, its just the bottle part for me. no way you can say she consented to have a foreign object inserted into her.
The young lady playing Valerie did a great job. You can see the conflicting emotions as she talks about what happened. I think deep down she knows they took advantage of her, but the humiliation would be too much to bear. She wanted to believe those boys really did like her and that she is capable of exploring her sexuality, and realizing it was all a joke to them would break her heart. 😢
I'm a huge fan of law and order and have been for many years. There is one thing that I would like to bring to the table regarding the voice sample. Even low the voice sample sound of the same as the 911 call. You've also got to bear in mind that you get voice changers in my opinion I think this may be in a miserable in court.
The third case was a man murdered his sons ice hockey coach for not allowing him to play in the next game which his dad arraigned for college scouts to come to he pled not guilty as that his rage at the time of the murder was argued to be at such a level that it impaired his ability to appreciate the consequences of his actions in the end the jury found him guilty
1:09 This was another cap that Schiff had to face the same feeling that Donald felt when he saw with his own eyes the treason (The other that remember was s4 ep12)
When it come down to these kids they don't know what they go through but my thing is that why dont yall test some of these kids to see what they have? And now he getting lock up cause he put a lil girl on fire or something but some of these are really crazy in any time of way they either take meds or something or they learning from there family but shouldn''t no kid should do something like this is really insance and they dont care about it at all and its very sad at the end of day and i beieve it to cause i really be hating things like this period
ITS NOT WILLING! And she didn’t consent to having a bottle shoved inside of her. She can be curious and still vulnerable. That judge made my skin boil
Judge should have 3 men take turns with him then tell us if it’s the “time of his life”
17:19-18:00 I understand that this case was pretty ambiguous, but I still despise that judge for overturning the conviction of those 3 teenage boys.
That judge is disgusting, not on the side of a woman who is clearly not all there.
Props to the woman in the first clip. Picked up on a red flag, tried to play it cool and leave, and fought back (even if he wasn’t the killer)
Better safe than sorry
Honestly she should've just started running once he said anything other than "okay" to her when she said she had somewhere to be
The judge who let the 3 boys of should be charged with the crime and he should face the penalty

Ey she wanted it bro….
She got laid, Brazzers style
Dangerous Kids: Volume 2 sounds like a kickass heavy metal album.
particularly in death metal I would say
That sounds awesome
I would listen
...From the 80s ? 😂

sadly the judge has full authority to negate a jury verdict.

Grandfather went APE on the district attorney (I forgot HIS name) too. It was horrible.
His name is Mimi-Siku

THe judge and Robert Vaughn's character are probably friends.... the judge should have recused himself if that's the case.

Lenny omg 😂 "An NBA player chokes his coach"
Classic L. Briscoe, man. Lol
12:55 that aged well. Vernacular was different back then.
Finally someone else heard it, I had to pause the video cause that caught me off guard
yea, the use of the word only died in 2010 for legal and medical terminology iirc
"the coach should have been the adult" ? .... Dude we're not talking of throwing punches....... We're talking about murder
So many better episodes that deal with murderous kids then these ones
Too soon, guys.
2nd story, that judge is disgusting and if that was real life, these 3 boys would do it again.

No, I’m no lawyer or judge, but I am almost certain what that judge did just now with either a morally bankrupt or be straight up illegal
Please ..it's LAW & ORDER .original series.... ..not Law & Order SVU which has a Benson & Stabler..!!
Valerie made me cry 😢😢😢😢😢.
7:32 books like that should come with a " DO NOT RE-ENNACT" label in them.
You missed another good killer kid episode that absolutely should have been included S10, E2 - Killerz
Wil there be a Dangerous Kids volume three 😂
Ah yes, the infamous “I killed Didi” episode
I legit thought that was Sydney Lassick (Cheswick from "Cuckoos Nest") playing the High School principal.
Law & Order, I really liked this video! I subscribed too!

could have included some clips from the school daze episode tho

Yup
