Love all-white shoes always. Minimalistic, clean, neat aesthetics. Looks sick, with a tinge of understated appeal. Especially the Hoka Mach 5 with the rosy-gold logo!

The Dundee for the “whitest shoes goes to…”
I love this shoe. The Saucony rep gave me a pair of the endorphin 1 7 pairs later I’m still using this shoe as my daily trainer and I Love It. To me nothing compares to this shoe as a daily trainer. Saucony call this a neutral shoe but I would argue that it offers some mild stability
This makes me giggle! Several years ago, Saucony had a shoe called the Grid Vision (I'm thinking around 2005.) It was the most expensive shoe at the time (or at least the most expensive Saucony), and it was all white....and it bombed big time, because of the price, AND because everyone said it looked like a nursing shoe. I used to joke that somebody lost their job at Saucony over the Grid Vision. However, when the Shift 3 comes out in different colors, I DEFINITELY want to check them out.
Good thing they've softened it up got me first iteration and was really stiff but the upper was already awesome in white also and it even more comfortable than my speed 2 that feel more plastic-y

The fact you compare this to ZF5 makes this 3rd iteration a banger.
I'm a runner who weighs 225 lbs. The foam density of the Endorphin Shift 2 works great for me. I hope this version doesn't take away from the experience with the less dense foam.
If this is like a more cushioned and rockered Ride 15 then the Shift 3 is gonna be a bangerrrr

Never got along with the Shift in the Endorphin Series… always got the Pro/Speed versions with the Triumph to complete the rotation. Maybe this year will be diffrent… oh wait, 🤔they got an improved Triumph 20. 🤦🏻♂️🥴😂🤣

How would you compare this to the ASICS Novablast 3? I can’t decide between the two for a daily trainer!
I have the pro3 but not sure if I should go for the speed 3 or shift 3 for easy/everyday running. Any thoughts?
How does the Shift 3 compare to the New Balance 1080 v12 I wonder... I'm stuck between the 2. Both can be bought for a good discount presently.

Just bought these on 50% discount! The sockliner weighs about 30grams on my size. Tried the glideride 3. It was softer but the shift 3 felt more supportive and dynamic for my style of running.

I tried the glideride 3 for a rockered shoe but it felt too soft on the medial side although i am supposed to be a neutral runner. so i ordered the shift 3 and i am hoping for a little more stability.
@@dukey_1337 think the shift has a more aggressive rocker than the glide ride
@@nicklas6973 yes, maybe because the glide ride 3 is much softer overall and not as stiff as the shift 3. But the GR3 collapses inwards a lot (many test vieos show it). I already had 2 sizes of the Shift 3 at home and I am having trouble with the fit. But I really like the feel of the shift 3, stiffness+ softness seem to be balanced perfectly for what I am looking for.

Meaghan, I hope I spelled your name correctly.-- I just got these shoes. I have a question. I love them, but I know I have to get a wide. I have to order my shoes. No one has them in my area. My question is, Do you think the wide would fit the heel ok ? Some wide shoes are wide all over. Way to much width in the back. I would appreciate any advice. Thank you !
Endorphin shift 3 vs Tempus?
I actually need a super firm shoe for Hallux Rigidus in both feet. My custom orthotic puts me in a wide shoe. I’ve ordered the Shift 3 in a wide size in black (only) since I can’t find the Shift 2 in a wide. I’ve tried Hokas, Asics Glideride, New Balance More Foam v3, etc, but no luck. The most comfortable shoe I have is the Triumph 18 but it won’t protect me from foot pain when I exercise. Too much flex. Any recommendations on a wide-width stiff soled rocker would be welcome. Love the channel!
It turns out the Endorphin Shift 3 in Wide is not as wide in the toe box as the Speed 3. And the Speed 3 does not come in a wide right now. Go figure. I returned the Shift 3.
I have same problem and I am also struggling to find the right shoe for me. I have wide feet, need the big toe box and the rocker plate type shoe. I liked the New Balance SC Elite v3, but wasn’t wide enough and the ankle collar rubbed underside of my right ankle raw in one outing. I am not a runner, but a power walker for exercise. I am 64, 3 back surgeries, bad knees, hallux rigidus in both big toe joints and some metatarsalgia. Lost some weight. Just want to find good shoe to minimize foot pain when walk briskly for a few miles. The NB Elite v3 is supposed to have a wide version around July 2023. I also heard an updated version will correct the ankle collar problem, but who knows when? I was looking here as the Shift 3 was suggested to look at.
@@jamesstover718 I ended up having some success with the Altra Via Olympus but I still can’t traverse hills without aggravating the big toes.

Again, there should be no such thing as Speed Roll technology - If you are landing on your heel or even midfoot, you are not running properly [You might as well be on a bicycle or running on you hands.]

Please stop with bombas socks promo. They’re way overpriced for the majority peeps. Company is way over their heads if they think the price is suitable
They're the same price as Feetures, Balega, Smart Wool, Rockay, etc. $16 is pretty standard for specialty running socks. Bombas is the only one giving socks to people in need with every pair purchased, so it's fair to say you're getting more bang for your buck.

Same as the other shifts. Lovely looking and gorgeous comfort. Just not for running. Too big and heavy.
