Been plodding along in kayanos for years and if your a support shoe user looking for a little more spring in your stride these are superb and well worth a look. Size wise they come exactly as Asics do too. Great review guys. Nice one

I took these running shoes ( Tempus ) out for a run this morning. Before I give my opinion, I am flat footed as they come, I’m also healing from a pulled groin muscle so off I went. I had not noticed that I had run 4 miles. My feet felt great, total 8 miles. I will definitely be purchasing another pair. I’ve waited a long time for these.

I couldn't wait for this shoe with all the excitement but when I put it on, it didn't give me the medial support or stability I was expecting. I'm unique but it just didn't fit my weird, narrow, terribly pronated feet. (even wearing my orthotics) the forefoot was also a little wide to accommodate my foot. I think many will still like the shoe.

Hi, could you please answer the following questions...1. Which of the Hoka Arahi 6 or Saucony Tempus is more stable for someone who pronates inwards excessively? 2. Which of those shoes has the stiffer rocker? I dont have stores near me to try these and trying to figure out which one to go for. Thanks.

A+A+A+ this is a really good shoe.
Just bought my second pair of these, excellent, excellent shoe. Love the slight bit of stability, the slightly narrower heel, the slightly wider fore foot, the slightly higher arch. Seems like maybe the tongue could be a little thicker, but its not really an issue, I think they kept it thinner for ventilation. An I would have preferred if the sock liner was made of PB rather than the standard foam.
But this is an awesome shoe.
I think they should also make a max version 'distance day' version, with a taller midsole while retaining the same proportions of the foams. They could call it the "Tempus Maximus" (no charge to sacouny for using that name!). Highly recommend this shoe, its a winner.

I think the Tempus would be good for people even if they DON'T have pronation issues. I mean if the shoe helps keep us upright and lessens the chance of us rolling our feet on certain turns or uneven ground....why not.
Don't know of runners still look at "stablity shoes" as "orthopedic shoes". Not wanting to be seen wering them if they can help it.
