We are talking about the Endorphin Elite, Endorphin Pro 3, Endorphin Speed 3, Endorphin Shift 3, Triumph 20 and the Kinvara 14.

FOR ANYONE WITH HEEL PAIN OR PLANTAR FASCIITIS: I highly recommend the triumph 20s when i first developed plantar fasciitis i was wearing a cheap pair of nike shoes so i decided to spend a bit of money and get the triumph 18s they lasted incredibly well and were very comfortable so i have just brought the triumph 20s and they are vrey cushioned highly reccomend
My parents "blessed" me with high arches so support is a bit of a must for me and I'm absolutely loving my Saucony Tempus. A great all-rounder which I've used for long-runs, speed sessions and even a Parkrun PB just last weekend.
Thank you very much for only reviewing shoes that you purchase with your own money. Your reviews are the most trustworthy because of that. I used the Endorphin Pro 3 for the Boston Marathon 2023 and absolutely loved them. The best thing I can say about them is that I barely thought about them at all during the race. They were very comfortable, lively, and just did their job very well. They never felt slippery or water-logged on a wet and rainy day. My only gripe is that the rubber outsole seems to be wearing out pretty quickly.
Saucony Tempus is my favourite. Good lineup of shoes from Saucony!

Just switched from Triumph 19 to 20, great upgrade. My 2nd pair are the speed 3, so I couldn’t agree more with your conclusion 👍
Endorphin speed 3 for everything pro 3 for racing
Loved this video! I’ve been in Saucony since I first started running. My rotation is a ton of Rides (v13 and v14) and a Triumph 20 and Endorphin Speed v1 (which I don’t love for anything but the colorway!).
Speed 3 has been a go-to for me (ran two marathons in them last year), Speed 2’s are a nice back-up to have in rainy/wet days, and the Pro 3’s are my race day shoe for this year! (Same colorways shown in your video, Ben!)
Love Saucony. I rotate the Triumph 20 with the Speed 3 and Ride 15 …. covers all the bases😃

Great video and good content from Ben, can't wait for Hoka lineup video upcoming, just bought Mach 5 as daily trainer and it has served me really well for all sort of run session! My next shoes is gonna be Endorphin Speed 3 but it's really expensive over here after the currency conversion, definitely gotta wait for discount in future before grabbing it!
Great video! My favourite shoes are the endorphin speed 3s! I'm on to my second pair now. I've ran both of my marathons in them and used them pretty much as a daily trainer. Would definitely recommend. I'll definitely consider the pros now after seeing this!

Pro 3 is one of the best shoes I’ve ever used. Will cover everything from easy to race. Would love to see Puma on this!
I used Speed 3s at Newport marathon and they were great. 9 minute PB for the distance. I like my Ride 15s for just getting out for a run.
Lovey.Triumph 20s. Perfect for long runs and ran my marathon PB in them this year. Just thought I should wear my most comfortable shoes. Great grip. Great cushioning. As soon as I put them on I want to run.

Triumph 20’s for me on easy days and long runs. Stable, plush and cushioning is perfect for me. On to my second pair after 1000km in the first one. Endorphin Pro 3 for race day and workouts. Super comfortable with a “normal” upper in a carbon midsole which has plenty of pop.
Love this format, a video like this for the Asics range would be helpful!
Love my Speed 2s.. great food for thought when the time comes to replace! Might also be tempted by the Pro.. love Saucony's speedroll feel.

Super timely! I’ve fallen out of love with my Pegasus 39’s and since I love Saucony trail shoes so much, I was about to order the Triumph 20s.

I got the speed 2 for running Manchester marathon and I loved them great shoes, they just make you feel fast
From speed 2. Now i have speed 3 for daily and pro 3 for racing. Saucony is my new fav brand. 🏃🏃🏃
Great video as always . I’ve been struggling with plantar fasciitis for a while now , was wondering how you managed /cured the problem . I run in Saucony ride 15 mostly so maybe a change in shoes might be in order 🤔
Thanks for the review. I really like the Endorphin Speed series as an all-around trainer, V1 is my favorite. I have my Half Marathon PB in the Endorphin Pro 3.
Speed 3 is the absolute best running shoe i have had so far, the grip in the heel without tearing it apart, the lightweight and sense of speed it gives is awesome. Bought it because i didnt like the Zoom Fly 5s i got just a week before.
My Speed 2's are exceptional. Perform well in all conditions and have worn really well after 500 miles on a mix of road and light trail/gravel. Definitely my go-to all rounder.
I love my Saucony Speed 3s and am looking at buying some other models so this video is great
Ironically, I bought the Ride 16 last week as I wanted just a firmer ride to mix up my current rotation of super soft and cushioned shoes. Of course it's the one main stream saucony shoe that wasnt mentioned 😂. I appreciate that you bought all the other shoes though.
Endorphin Speed 3 for me... Its a do it all type shoe, very comfortable and durable.
Just got pro 3, but I have liked my speed 3 for pretty much all runs. I just have mixed in other shoes to not wear out the foam on the speeds but just feels good for all types to me personally.
Big fan of the Endorphin Speed! I can run every other day and no body aches or shin splints.

Saucony Endorphin speed (2) as a training shoe and the Elite as a racing shoe!!
Keep up the great work!!!! Saucony are my favorite. Race in the Pro 3s and daily trainers are speed 3s. Might try another show for slower long runs (cushion).
I am a huge Saucony fan. Most of my shoes are from this brand. Also i have been running with Saucony the longest. My very first shoe was the Ride 9. I have been buying the Triumph since it was called the ISO 4.
ride 16 is a cosmetic update, which makes the ride 15 at £50 new the best value shoe available imo
First two runs in Triumph 20, I wasnt that impressed. Then I ran a longrun with first half steady, second half M pace. Just an incredible longrun shoe. Very efficient for its weight. Very legsaving.
I love garish colourways. Enjoying the Speed 3 and Triumph 19 lately.
Triumph 20 has been an incredible shoe for me. It seems to have lots of protection and foam for easy runs, long runs and recovery runs but has enough bounce that I I am able to pick up the pace. Should keep over 1000km or 600 miles in them this weekend
Fully agree. A Unicorn shoe for me. I can do easy recovery but still crack out a fast 5k without increasing the effort too much.

Agree on the Pro. Ran my Marathon PB in London in them. Love them. Hoping the price will come down this year so I can get another pair
I have been enjoying the Saucony Shift 2 for easy days and some post-tibial recovery. It is a bit firm for a high stack shoe, but really smooth transition.

You did not try the Tempus. That's become my go to shoe for daily easy runs.

Only saucony shoe I have is the endorphin pro. I tried the kinvara 13 but returned them after 1 run lol. I love the endorphin pro 3.

Enjoy the endorphin speeds and the ride models. Read that saucony is doing an every other year update for the endorphin pro, speed, and shift models.
I like the shift series best. I have problem feet and use them as my daily shoe as well as for all my different workouts. I love the stiffness this series provides and I’m amazed that I don’t miss the extra cushion that I’ve had in Altra Provison…however when my feet need a break I use my Altra Provisions for a nice slipper feel comfort. Haven’t tried the Shift 3 yet but think It’s time I tried them on.
I love the Kinvaras. Had about 4 pairs now.

Kinvara is my go-to shoe. Great for Marathon to 10k

I’m a Tempus guy! I like the guides as well but my Tempus is the best daily trainer for me
Is it better or how would you, if you could, compare it with the Triumph or the Axon?
I have the Shift 3 and its one of my favourite shoes. It's just the right amount of compression im the sole that takes the impact off your joints and allows you to roll through your stride. It"s an easy run shoe that makes runming easy. As for being part of the Endorphin line, I think its the geometry of the shoe that is consistent with the rest of the line up. Its the non plated, more stable daily trainer of the bunch and is actually more than capable of picking up the pace.
My wife already had the Pro 3 and later picked up the Speed 3 and Shift 3 during a sale at the same time. The Speeds were the ones that she returned.

I absolutely love my Ride 15s (now updated to 16) - everything from long run to intervals. Also have the "TR" trail shoe version which is a great option for non-technical tracks and trails - lots of cushioning and great for road sections.
having gone through a lot of popular shoes and wanting to like them, the Rides ironically were ones i just grabbed because they were available and they are my favorite now
The ride 16's are sooooo good recently switched from Brooks Ghosts which were good as well!
May i ask you in you recommend ride 16 as a shoe for everything race and training for marathon or better triumph 20

Speed 3 are what I use. Very fast and comfortable. I’m 270lbs
Have you ever tried the Saucony Ride? That seems like the most natural replacement for Hoka Clifton, Nike Pegasus, NB 1080 etc..?? I heard they made some big changes to it over the last couple of iterations and am curious about trying it again. It's also pretty durable, at least my older ones were.

Speed 3 have been amazing for me
I absolutely love(d) the Endorphin Speed 2 (nylon), even better for HM racing than the Endorphin Pro 3 (carbon).
I'm currently converting to saucony for all my racing days. I use the saucony endorphin pro 2 for 5k and 10k. The saucony endorphin speed 2 & 3 which the nylon plate suits me better for 10 miles race's and half marathon race's. I'm addicted to these two at the moment.
I had gotten a Saucony women’s Echelon 5 in the past because it supposed to be good for supinators. Anyway, I am obviously passed due for new shoes. Even though I don’t wear them a lot due to spine surgeries and etc., I’ve always tried to get a good running shoe that is good cushioning and good support to support my back. What would you recommend for me having enjoyed the Echelon 5 And looking for a similar one in the new shoes they’ve made? Thank you in advance for getting back to me.
Just coming to the end of my first marathon training block (thanks to your basic training plans). I got a pair of Speed 3's for the longer stuff and it very quickly became my daily trainer. Then the Pro 3's became my long run and racing shoe. Have already bought a second pair of each and will happily pick up more pairs on sale until they are out of stock or a new iteration comes through. For me, Saucony have nailed it and are currently my favourtie shoe brand

Recently bought a pair of ride 16's they are easily the comfiest shoe I have ran in!
Saucony went from Triumph 5 to 17, so it is not the 20th :)

Speed 3 is a great shoe. Definitely more a daily than the speed 2 was. Also got the tempus which I'm enjoying. Pro 3 is on the way so looking forward to trying it out.
What would you advice to buy non-carbon if we’re speaking about racing shoe?
My technique is not ideal (heel striker) and a felt pain in back while racing in carbon shoes.
Now I use brooks hyperion tempo and feel very good in them (PB 5k - 17.08, 10k- 35.47, 21k - 18.30)

Massive fan of the Pro3. First Saucony shoe and in the last 2 weeks it’s helped me to PB’s at 10km distance and then half marathon as part of a 70.3 triathlon. Compared to Nike super shoes I’ve found it to be way more stable and comfortable, particularly for a mid foot/heel striker such as myself

Before you buy, take some time looking into the sizing. Endorphin Speed 3 my first Saucony purchase, I returned one pair (my normal size in Hoka, Inov8, VJ Sport and New Balance), then went a full size up and they are still pretty snug. But ja, feels like I’m flying when I run.

I've got on well with my much cheaper Saucony Axon 2s. I'm still at the stage where fitness helps much more than the few seconds per mile I could gain from an improved shoe.
I've got the same colorway Kinvara, and it's such a beautiful shoe. I really loved the lower previous Kinvaras and am not a huge fan of the much higher shoe.
That being said this shoe is very light. And feels great to run in, just not the same as the older versions. But I'm maybe 120km into them and seeing the same very accelerated wear you did. Older ones would be bad in the rain (foam sole soaked up water and weigh a ton) and these are surely no different. But I'm not sure I can get 600km from these like did previous models.
I also love the E speeds, and have OG E pro to race in.

I’ve a slightly wide and flat feet. I use tempus for every day runs and speed 2 for fast workouts and races!
Can you compare the Tempus to the Triumph 20 or 21?

Hi it would you guys rank the latest cohesion model? I hated it for a month, but now it’s worn in and I love it- for $65 USD decent shoe. Wish they’d do more there.
I love the freedom series.
I’ve forever had to ‘run in’ every iteration of the speeds.. by which i mean first mile in them tends to be horrible on calves n shins.. but eases up after a mile or two
The PRO 3 I find is a good all rounder I think, it does it all. It’s £220, however I have seen it around £170.. I got some for £121! Few months back and there were on Sportshoes for £100 recently but went very quickly. Ben have you tested the New balance SC Elite v3??
i need a pair for tempo/interval, faster type of shoes, but no carbon plate those sorta stuff, any recommendation under saucony?
Ben: between KINVARA 13/14 or SPEED 3 for 5k/10k tempo, which would would be your pick no1? ;)
Saucony makes both regular(medium) and wide models but not every reseller offers them.
Im currently in Guide 15's but trying to break out of the stability shoes. Did my first Parkrun this morning in Endorphin Pro 2's and knocked a minute off my time! :)
