I made the comment on one of your videos, I also use zip-can adhesive. Bad advice! However, I don't do upholstery work. Mine is usually for temporary positioning of leathers or fabrics. (His way is better!)
It's not all I learned from watching this video, but just learning there are stainless steel staples was worth it. 50+ years in the trades and I did not know that, thanks

I don’t think I would sleep at night with just glue on there. Definitely would staple like you’ve done.
