As a kid the lock on technology blew my mind. I sometimes think how different Sonic 3 would have been if the ability to combine with S&K didn’t exist. Great video!

Seems like after Sonic 3 and Sonic and Knuckles, the franchise took a huge hit. I was a huge Genesis fan.

I like these alternative reality videos, really makes you think and wonder how some games would have turned out and affected people's lives differently. Great video man!

I personally would have loved to have seen the intended full version of Sonic 3- the one one that would have existed had the game not had to have been split into 2. Thank goodness they were able to think up and successfully develop the lock on technology to at least let us play both games together
