I've been trying to get back in the swing of making tutorials. There was a time it felt much easier which is funny as I find I've got a much clearer vision of what art is now then back then. In hopes of focusing myself, I am attempting a throw-to-the-wall-see-what-sticks method. Just word salad-ing my way through what I'm thinking.
As a rather neurodivergent person dealing with learning difficulties my whole life coupled with ADHD and some other gunk up in the old noggin, I felt it may be more valuable for some people to see a more flow of conscious approach to this sort of thing.
The idea of organizing these concepts into a nice tidy UA-cam video is beyond my mental capacity at this point and and I've accepted that it will not be easy to temper my thoughts and focus enough to get it nicely wrapped up into a single video or image.
I'd like to lean on the community of people interested in learning this sort of thing to help walk me through what parts of videos like these they would like to see tidied up and put into a simple form factor for more easy to consume videos.
Also, sorry for the Stingray pop ups, I had it short cut to some common button I press I hadn't noticed. I also kept saying ellipses, and not ellipse so that was dumb.
Also I am using a voice changer because I feel more comfortable that way. That's all.
Been really liking these brain dump versions of your thoughts! They've not only been incredibly insightful, but also make an inspiring listen while working on stuff because of the length and more casual nature. I also feel like it suits how ethereal the drawing process can be, and how many semi-related topics are still worth bringing up. Thanks for recording these Doxy! ❤
15:28 HO-LEE-SHIET my brain expanded again. THANK YOU.
I've reviewed your toots many times to get a image right, so I'm really happy to see new video tutorials coming out. Also, I enjoy the rambling aspect of your raw process. Artistic content is so often overly produced; it is refreshing to hear your unfiltered, somewhat manic, process. This is extra helpful for myself because I was studying your sketches and was trying to piece together what some of the lines meant. Anyway, thanks your again.
If I did have a suggestion, maybe have a pre-sketched illustration ready to show in a practical manner how the tip are giving can be used in a immediately practical manner. Hope that helps :).
Love a brain dump. Thanks for the video, the stingray is cute
Hello and thank you, teach!
Definitely gonna add this to my process & shoot I understood the explanation lol, appreciate you sharing the knowledge ❤this helps fasho.
My food is cold and i'm infinitely more knowledgeable. Great video.
0:59 hold up... WHY HASN'T ANYBODY ELSE MENTIONED THIS. Visually it makes much sense (to my brain). Cooking, as the kids say.
Hope you continue making more tutorials and some adult ones exclusive to gumroad.
Noise!!!
I have been blasting seed to Marty for 17 years now......
What brush is that? Is it available for Clip Studio Paint?
