Hi Malin and Rob! I've a cook book suggestion for you. It's called Great British Vegan, by Aimee Ryan, and in it you can find veganized classic British recipes. I bought it when I moved out of London, and it gives me comfort when I miss the country :)
Yes, it is definitely pricey to eat out and it's not something we do all the time in our day to day so it's nice to treat ourselves when away and to show all of you what's available where we go visit too :)
