They are so blind over the fact that Omega gave a broom to Adam Page that now the Buckaroos and Kenny are gods for them.

That and Vince and triple H would basically tell them "tough shit I'm the boss and I'm telling you to work together"
See the problem is about everyone working together in AEW despite their dislike, is that it doesn't apply to "All Friends Wrestling" where most of the people have jobs or high ranking positions because they are buddies with the Elite or someone akin to them in a position of power. People in charge rather have it be. Promotion for their buddies instead of a actual well ran company.

More than likely he'd figuratively bend Tony over and make him his bitch. He'd get something like a 20 year+ million dollar contract with creative control clauses and a very limited schedule. I bet not even Jericho and the Elite would stand a chance at politically outmaneuvering him backstage.

So even if say Bryan Danielson is opposite of Punk, people are gonna think that he didn't wanna work with Punk. Danielson is a professional and will work with whoever he's asked to work with. 99.9% of AEW fans know that. Most AEW fans I know see Collision as the show they're shipping all the malcontents to. Andrade, Miro, FTR, Rosa, and HoB have all asked for releases and/or had drama backstage. I'm personally not a fan of The Elite, but they have done business with people they have personal issues with. Omega and Will Ospreay despise each other, but still work together. The Bucks and FTR have their issues, but still worked each other. The guy who honestly has the biggest history of not doing business is Punk. Remember his, "I don't need to work with you, you need to work with me" garbage with Trips? Sad truth is, it's just as likely that Collision was created as a "safe space" for Punk than it is others refusing to work with him.

Sure there were a bunch of felonies and several murders committed (RIP Bruiser), but their deaths were worth it to keep the business REAL! The most interesting story lines in AEW are the backstage drama. Any TV with the Elite is pretty horrible, they either over act, under deliver, or just have dumb story telling.
I love a fast-paced match, but if you botch 5 moves in a row, hit the same spots every match, and punch like a 2nd grader. It just doesn't work for me.

Because he won't fire anyone - step out of line under Tony's watch and you get paid to stay at home until your contract runs out 2-3 year's later.
There's no threat there because most of the roster are on the best pay of their career and already wouldn't be of interest to WWE - and not working for a couple of year's doesn't hurt their ability to work the indies.
Or Tony creates another show just for you and other people who don't get on with the EVP's to work on, or gives you dates with ROH. Whatever happens you don't lose money and your future earnings potential isn't harmed.
