Little did they know that was a threat.
It's not a threat. Threat implies consequences if demands are not met, it was more of watching a movie where you see the BBEG multiple times throughout and then the reveal at the end. Sam is Jaws in the water, and no one realizes it.

The way Marisha said that really touched my heart.
Marisha’s face journey for her shirt reveal is amazing.
Was thinking that xD Like it takes her about 90 seconds to be sure of exactly what she's looking at and you can see her train of thought going across her face the whoooooole time.
The magic sequin one is probably my favourite, with the slow reveal XD

lmao I love how Ashley was the first one to notice the sequin heart, which triggered Sam to slowly flip the sequins and pull the slow reveal of the image, and Marisha paying attention to it drew Matt’s attention to it too with her use of the word “husband”.
And Matt always feels compelled to provide an explanation of each image on Sam’s shirts, like he’s defending the reason why the image exists in the first place, thereby filling the audience and the rest of the cast in on each image’s backstory. I love it. ^__^
And to be quite fair, most of the images on the shirts aren’t as bad as he makes them all seem. He just takes perverse pleasure in the rest of Sam’s shirt collection when it starts to include images of the rest of the cast as well. ^__^
Ashley was so invested. She was like “I have to pay attention but I wanna see what Sam is doing.”

on social media there is one where Sam made a shirt for his dog with a picture of Matt and Marisha's dog on it.
And after that got posted was when the episode of AWNPU came out in which she suggested that...

I love how Marisha doesn't know whether she's insulted, entertained, flattered, or just wtf for her shirt.
Well, she was the first cast member that he went after I believe instead of going after Matt or himself. So there was some confusion on of this was really happening I think.

I like how Sam used all these embarrassing pictures of the cast when they were awkward youth (or just weird poses), but for Laura it's just a younger, equally attractive Laura Bailey.
Was there _ever_ an awkward Laura Bailey, though?
There are two possibilities:
- Unflattering pictures of Laura Bailey don't exist (quite plausible)
OR...
- Laura is the only member of the cast Sam fears enough not to embarrass like that on stream (also quite plausible)

I love how he graduated from just Matt and samception to the rest of the cast, colored shirts, and magic sequins....the bit isn’t just unstoppable, it EVOLVES

I like how you can see Marisha go through all 5 stages of grief when Sam reveals the shirt with her face on it.
I hope that on their first post-covid live show all the cast wear unflattering Sam shirts without his knowledge.

The best part is that you know all these shirts are going to come back to haunt us again in Campaign 3. Sam absolutely has all his shirts numbered by episode.
I just imagine that Matt told Sam there would be no more hoodies so that he could see what shirt Sam was wearing and Sams response was the sequins.

I like to think they have 0 context for anything but Sam is the building stone of their buisness by now so they dont question it like "Yeah here comes the weirdo for his weekly order of weird face shirts just another day!"

I feel we don’t talk about enough the casts reaction to Matt’s “Elf picture”. There was a clear, “That’s hot” vibe going around.
When I was watching I was like "man but where's Matt in the heart?!", but you saved the best for last.
There's truly something special about the way Marisha watches the reveal and then says "is that my husband? With magic sequins? That's... beautiful"
Ashley's face as Sam starts changing the sequins in the last one kills me. I can't stop laughing. And then Marisha's "is that my husband?". Dead. 🤣

I love that Taliesin is simultaneously the friend that will take a video when you do something stupid and laugh his ass off as you lose your last shred of dignity... and also if any one of them (among many others) called him in the middle of the night with a problem his answer would be "on my way. Do I need to bring a shovel, bail, a bottle, or Haagen dazs?"
I love how focused they are to they game that they don’t always immediately notice; even when he’s taking off his outer shirt/sweater
He also tends to do this like an hour or so into the game, so it isn't apparent that he's doing a bit and they've settled into the scene.
It's happened so much at this point that, whenever one sees Sam remove his earphones, and then reach under his sweater, one starts to wonder

I absolutely lost my shit when he covered Matt's face on the Bernie meme with Marisha's! And I knew immediately that he had a whole host of little faces waiting. It took so long too! He just methodically placed another on like an hour after the last one I was convinced he had forgot
lmao I *love* everyone (especially Travis and Liam’s) absolute joy and sense of glee at seeing each “Matt” shirt that Sam wears, and just Matt’s complete sense of despair with each shirt Sam reveals as the running joke just keeps going on and on.
It just makes me happy on so many levels. These shirts make things so much better whenever my day is sucking particularly badly. It’s why I love these videos lol 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

lol I really want the multi-layered Sam within a Sam x5 shirt just cuz it’s pure chaos; though Matt’s various headshots and other pics of his various dramatic DM faces are amazing. (His Dr.Mercer headshot is particularly sexy).
I think one of my favorite parts of this is Matt's nod of approval when Sam puts Marisha's face on the Bernie meme. Just the clear love he has for his wife is amazing

Long have I contemplated the idea of attending a live show, going up to a security/theatre person and handing them a box with a different Matt shirt for every cast member. But then Matt would never allow me to attend a live show again

A better idea would be to get the whole audience a sam shirt like the one Matt made for the live show for the turnabout.

Only 3 campaigns? They funded their Kickstarter in record time, if we did that for Sam he'd have a different shirt until his dying day. (IRL, not in game. Lol)
I would specially fund every Travis picture shirt to be in Redskins Colors, Eagles colors, and Giants colors to see an angry Travis.

for those that don't know, throughout campaign 2 (and 3 for that matter) Sam has worn the exact same shirt in each corresponding episode to the previous campaign - hence why he says "its in the rotation" in the first clip. its subtle genius and such a Sam move!
