I really like what you did with yours, also I've never been a fan of tinting lights AT ALL, because people always go full solid pitch black overboard with it, I've never seen a good example of it until your car right now, yours is very subtle and every small bit blends in on the car very nicely from door handles to emblems. Definitely going to consider the rear taillight tint, I want something very subtle like that to not mess with light output either. I noticed the same difference you mentioned on my CT6. What % did you do on yours? Thanks

Looks great! I'm new to Cadillacs and I just purchased a low mile 2015 CTS awd. Can you tell me if those wheels would fit on mine? The awd throws me off on choices.
I don’t know what offsets the AWD came with but it’s likely. If you know what they are I can figure it out

I would say it could be done! You may want to use knifeless tape to make the slot.
Hey my bro what size mm would you have recommended to work with the stock camber? My 2014 2.0T is stock and I’m wanting to fit a set of 22x8.5 w/ 35mmOffset. Thanks for all of your work by the way.
I'm not really sure on some of the clearances and stock offsets are on the ATS, especially with 22' rims...that's a lot for that car. I may have seen one CTS with 22s. Do you know the stock wheel offset and width? Once you do you plug in all your info into Willtheyfit.com and see how things change. You will still need to measure the clearance your stock wheels/tires have from the fender and strut. It's all in the math.

No wiring exists. You would have to buy a harness and adapt it. Not sure anyone has.
What year grill surround I’m I suppose to order?? I have a 2014 I’m so glad I watched your video I ordered a mesh grill and didn’t realize until you mentioned that you have to change the grill surrounding I have 2.0 T
You need a 2015 or later when they got rid of the old crest and wreath

I’m looking to upgrade my headlights on my 2014 CTS 2.0T but can’t find what size/type of bulb it is... it’s a low/high beam bulb and I think their halogen, but I don’t care for that soft white look. I like the HID/ LED lights better... Any recommendations on an upgrade so it’s a cleaner white looking light.
I haven’t looked much into lights. Even the HID lights on my VSport some people complain aren’t as bright as other cars. If you want something beyond HID do you need to upgrade the projectors and only one person has done that. Expect to spend over $1000. For your base model with halogen lights you might try an aftermarket HID system, but again I’ve never looked into it. I saw some on carid.com today
I love the 2nd gen CTS. I wish someone would come out with LED running light upgrade where instead of looking like a string of lights they appear as a continuous linear light. Once you see that on the newer cars you can't unsee it.
Pretty sure there are aftermarket companies that do it. One owner went to a place in LA that did things others said weren’t possible. But you gotta pay to play

The blue wrapped V with goofy and such on it. Who's car is that if you know. I want to know about the luggage rack he fabbed to fit. I really want one. My trunk is full of stereo equipment. Trips I have to take the durango. Need one. I just dont see how it will work because it looks like it sits on the rear glass.

I put led floating center caps on my ats and also replaced my mirror puddle lights with some really slick projector lights. Not just your typical lame door projector lights. I won’t do those. I try to stay away from the stuff people typically do, like the front splitter or the V type wing or anything that’s 3m tape or stick on. I hate that cheap junk.

Yeah body shop. Mine was done under insurance. Parts from a GM Parts house will be about $1500 plus labor and paint.
how did you black out the chrome slats inside of the grill?
Just laid black vinyl and trimmed it

This forum post has a lot of info for you. Some people say their crash bar doesn’t need to be changed but I’m pretty sure the tow hook doesn’t line up.

They didn’t have a %. Just light medium and dark. It’s pretty light. Probably 30%

No haven’t seen any for a long time. There were 2 or 3 members on the FB groups that had them but those are the only ones I’ve seen. I just sold mine last month!
I can't find that V sport grill emblem on Savage website?
It's the regular VSport emblem. You just need to figure out a way to get it to attach to the grill. I haven't done it myself so I haven't tried. Wish I had more info for you.

You mean an LT4 6.2? might need the trans to go with it. The VSport has a different trans. Then you need the PCM and wiring harness probably. My opinion is you are better off buying a V if you want a V8. But since this video was made there have been advances in tuning the TT V6. We make CTS-V power with a tune and E85 blend

Of everything? Wheels and tires alone will cost over $3500 depending on wheel choice. Lowering springs are $400, tiny $200-300, paint protection film $2-3k. Rear CTS-V bumper setup $2500+. Splitter set $1500

Would mods for an ATS be similar?
Unless it’s meant to be universal, exterior appearance mods will generally be different. Things that may be compatible between cars is more like suspension parts and some engine parts when comparing two models with same engine of course
Does the CTS-V wheels fit perfect on the normal CTS?
The fronts are a bit wide so a 245 tire might be necessary.

3m vinyl on the chrome. Tint on the lighted section (premiums have lighted handles)

Hey Danial what offset are you running on your wheels?
Front: 19x8.5 = 33 mm offset
Rear: 19x9.5 = 35 mm offsets
I also run a 15 mm spacer on each front wheel because I have a lot of front camber dialed in. 15mm probably wouldn’t work with stock camber

@@LarryDavidshow I have 19” and that’s the size the CTS-V has. Some people opt for 20” but you will have an even harsher ride. Generally no wider than 9” front and 19.5-10” rear.
Many people do 20” but 19” is what I have and the V has. Remember you will lose ride quality the lower your tire profile is. Generally max 255 up from and 295 in the rear but common sizes are 245 up front and 285 rear

@SRT JAY you need to know the offsets to fully determine if a wheel will fit. The right offset will allow a 9.5 to fit. The CTS-V has 19x9.5” and the offset is 23mm. It will be tough to fit any other offset especially on a narrower fender CTS

Jet Fuel Only Thanks man, is there any cons for running that setup? I currently have the stocks for the Cts, 245/45/17. I’ve just been wondering if I’m going to encounter any problems if I start running 19s with those tires. Because i keep reading around that running bigger rims with a smaller tire profile effects the quality of the ride.
Damocles yes that’s what happens. Ride quality decreases with shorted side wall. It’s up to you.
