    1. no phone early or late in day
    2. when eat dont work
    3. dont complain, make progress not excuses
    4. dont care about the opninions of others positive or negative
    5. optimists live longer even when their wrong, will take more risks and potentially do more
    6. dont be hard on yourself show self compassion, be kind to yourself and you will follow through with your goal
    7. stop overthinking, comparing to others, small incremental improvements, social media makes you feel not enough

    You're right. These phones are a blessing and a curse at the same time. We waste so much time that we'll never get back. For me a "not to" in the morning is not to jump right away to work (specially since I work from home). I try to first take a little time for myself, do some yoga, meditate and then start my work day.

    Thanks alot jim. Preparing a not-to-do list is a great idea . also I have been following you since 4 years. You are helping millions of people around the globe including students, working people. As a student I improved soo much , my focus is improved , my brain has become really good, better concentration better productivity. Thanks alot Jim ❤ for everything, for excellent content.     Thanks for this Jim, new small steps are being implemented as fast as my brain and body can keep up 😁this last storm was a real doozy but it brought a lot of eye opening lessons and has cleared the way to reveal a few new paths

    I create Artist lifestyle Vlogs (Irene Torok Art across my socials) and have spoken a bit about a schedule and time management. As a full time artist I have to self motivate and do that which works personally. I think that’s the key. 😊

    Guess what, you need people to point out what's wrong to make it right. Also to not be blindly compliant. Check out the museum of tolerance.
