Volvo EX90 first look | A proper seven-seat electric SUV

- Volvo Ireland is showing off the first right-hand drive version of its new EX90 electric SUV to arrive in Ireland this week, ahead of the the arrival of the first customer cars in July. The EX90 doesn’t quite replace the existing plug-in hybrid XC90, as that long-serving SUV will stay on sale for a little while yet, but clearly, the EX is the more future-focused car. It rides on a new all-electric platform called SPA2 (although Volvo has told us that from now on, its platforms will be defined less by stamped metal and more by the computing systems built into the car) and initially will come only in high-spec Ultra trim with a choice of two four-wheel drive versions.

Alot of badge snobs our there,but I've always been on the other side of the fence aka Volvo and Polestar all day long and would be very proud to have in my driveway
Volvo is a brand with a solid reputation, and it's making some great looking cars lately.
It really needs more legroom in the 3rd row to be more functional.

you can buy top of the range Tesla for price comes with better and 50% cheaper battery charging infrastructure
Volvo is making no apologies for its pricing. Build quality and safety systems seem to be of a higher standard than Tesla.
The tesla m X is £15k cheaper but it has less range, a smaller interior, no stalks or switches in the steering column! The Volvo is just such a nice product and I charges just as fast as a Tesla (250kw) while also having access to all superchargers in (mainland)europe and soon also in America

@@jakeroadtonowhere4070 volvo has delivered more than 100.000 xc90 and the ex90 is just a replacement for all of those… they have also sold out all production for over a year!
Kia EV9 has more space
But volvo has more safety features
