Need a Torque Wrench amzn.to/1Y9H26h
Today we are continuing the rebuild of the Honda GX160, installation of the flywheel, setting the air gap for the coil with feeler gauges. When installing the head make sure you torque the head bolts properly, also when installing the push rods make sure they are on the lifters when your install them otherwise you'll find that you won't be able to set the valve lash. The next video will have the rest of the rebuild and start up.

another great vid. I can't wait to see the last one. I love this kind of crap. We live off grid and I need to rebuild our backup generator.
hey dude just one question do you need to torque the coil nut?
how does oil get to the the valve stems and rockers?
I done everything it showed me an my motor does not start what when wrong
This thing on UA-cam where they want to see everything from a cotter pin to a wing nut torqued down drives me nuts ha , ya we see some guys go thru the routine but when the cameras off its never used. Yes head gaskets and many more fasteners . Ok I feel a lot better now. LOL
+STEVE ROB Mosts of the people who want to see that I bet have never even touched a motor in their lives
Yeah man just use common sense when to stop tightening, if it feels like your bout to give it your all let it be 😂
