I think the last time I saw someone use this method was in 1985. And that was because he was taking the PE License test. You've got enough information there to do it use UALMTD method. I'm going to see if I can find a REASON to use it.

This Method is used when outlet tempratures are not known But at 2:44 The numerator contains the term "T h,out".. How is that possible?

Transposition - If to find outlet temps it is assumed the effectiveness value is known
