I appreciate what you are doing. My husband currently is working overtime in a grocery store. He is bringing all of the groceries home now. This info helps me tremendously. Love much and take care.
You are a saint, Dr. VanWingen. I'm an American living in Spain and I am so grateful for the Spanish subtitled version, as I've been able to share it with friends here. Thanks again and all the best to you and yours.
Thanks for the Spanish subtitles, sharing with my community! Stay safe!
Thank you doctor. Feels like I have to be so crazy and OCD with cleaning all goods which I have been. Good to know you vouch for it. Stay safe.
Thank you so much for this video because the whole grocery thing was a concern for me and although I have been taking precautions and sanitizing I wasn't doing it completely right. Thank you so much for the side notes and learning more about the virus too. Be safe and thank you for everything you do as your profession as well
Thank you so much for this video and I will share, share and share. You pointed out so many things I never considered. My sister-in-law in at HIGH risk and I am passing this on to my brother now. Stay well and God Bless.
Muchas Gracias Señor Médico VanWingen
Thank you for doing it in Spanish.

Gracias~ I wanted to show it to my mom 🙌 Really helpful 🙏💗
thanks!
Also, you can add subtitles via youtube's closed captioning support, in lots of languages, to your original video, without having to edit / re-upload.
Tried grocery shopping online yesterday, NONE of the online services are offering delivery OR pickup in the metro Detroit area. THIS is why it's spreading, people have to go out for food. Pharmacies refusing to sell medicine online due to age requirements. Once this is all over, we need to take a long hard look at the way we handle grocery AND medicine delivery.
Thank you Dr, this video is so much more informative and useful than the ones that we get from official sources
I found you ❤️ Thank You, Be Safe Be Healthy 🌷🌷🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thank you sooo much for posting this with Spanish subtitles! I can now share it with my family in Mexico!
After sharing your English video with friends and family here in the U.S., I started thinking, how can I inform my family and in-laws of this vital information? So glad I subscribed to your channel. I am extremely grateful that you take time out of what is surely an already busy and hectic day, and you provide us, total strangers, with this very useful information! God bless you! 🙏🏻 Be safe!
Thank you. Very helpful. One question--what about berries and more delicate fruits?
Thank you SO VERY much. Such great information and things we have taken for granted for, well, forever! I will be sharing with everyone I can, and definitely put these practices into play immediately. God Bless you and protect you and your family.
Thank you for sharing this video. I hope that you and all of your fellow staff members are able to stay safe during this.
I have a question. Can i wash the fruits with soap that is advertised as chemical free? What ingredients it needs to have to be effective against Corona. Also the cleaners can i use a brand like seventh generation that is on cleaner side of disinfectants?
Can make a translated copy to arabic in my channel?
I have a question. If you shake the bag such as the bread bag, could the virus fall into the bread, etc.?
Wouldn't it make sense to change the title to Spanish?
Chaos Reigns THIS IS THE USA. NOT SPAIN : IF U WANT SPANISH, GO TO SPAIN. ENGLISH IS & WILL REMAIN A WORLD LANGUAGE, LIKE IT OR NOT.
@@ernawiget868 Nothing anywhere here is USA specific.
It can be both. Let's not bicker. There are other things to worry about right? Be kind.
Thank you very much for very useful information .i am a doctor too.
@@ernawiget868 Oh, hah. I guess you missed that the end of the title, "Español", means "Spanish". Because this is a Spanish subtitled version of the original, which is still available entirely in English. Hence my suggestion to change the title entirely to Spanish.
(Just in case their comment gets deleted, it was "THIS IS THE USA. NOT SPAIN : IF U WANT SPANISH, GO TO SPAIN. ENGLISH IS & WILL REMAIN A WORLD LANGUAGE, LIKE IT OR NOT.")
Great video. What about shoes when I come home? Everybody explains that the droplets are falling to the ground in less that 2m - but I’m walking there! Nobody is talking about that.
After returning from the grocery store, remove shoes outside. After taking care of your groceries the way he explained, return outside and spray your shoes thoroughly with lysol or similar disinfectant spray (tops, bottoms and sides). Leave them outside and bring them in when completely dry. Place them in a plastic bag to store for good measure. Designate these shoes as your grocery shopping shoes. Be sure they are a pair that you don't mind being possibly stained by disinfectant spray. Hope this helps!
❤️
Hello, sir! I hope you'll give us some tips on how to disinfect ourselves when we return to our homes after buying groceries.
Some of the tips that floated around -with which we follow- are to:
• have the person left at home to open all windows and doors of the house at least 15 minutes before the people who went shopping return
•disinfect the car/vehicle we used
•have the footwear bathe in the sun
•shower with lukewarm/warm water upon returning from the supermarket/public area
•wash the clothes we used to go out immediately or have the clothes sunbathe first then the washer
Please correct this if you can. And add onto it. Thank you very much. God bless you and your family!
