    Is there any other brush I can use besides the Polish brush for the stone? And for the Stylized Station, would you guys be adding procreate to the course? Hope you guys can answer this. Cheers 😅

    When you added the master material at around 4:00, You only seemed to add base colour, but when you paint with it, I see reflections and other stuff. Do you add other PBR maps separately? Is that's what in the 3rd texture? Different PBR maps stacked into R G B? so basically the 2 textures for ice is the same, but 1 with harsh highlights and the other without? so they only need to use 1 same map for roughness? How does the material know that your Roughness is plugged into I don't know, R or G? Is that decided based on naming?

    • @nikolasvolchenko3333
      @nikolasvolchenko3333 3 роки тому +1

      Yes, in order not to complicate things, I only connected the basecolor. To use all the maps, you need to add the required maps to the "SetMateriaAttributes". In the third texture, the height map. For convenience, I just stuck it in the B channel. You can put it in any channel convenient for you)

    • @LaszloIvanyi
      @LaszloIvanyi 3 роки тому

      @@nikolasvolchenko3333 So it's only base colour and height, or you only show those 2 and roughness is added as well in a similar fashion?

    • @nikolasvolchenko3333
      @nikolasvolchenko3333 3 роки тому +1

      @@LaszloIvanyi In the beginning, I show the result with basecolor only, then, the result if all the maps are added together

    Currently, I am developing a stylized environment in Blender. And I must say, it's a massive struggle to keep performance above 15 FPS when adding grass and wind motion to the scene.
    It's quite "unreal" how smoothly the animations work in Unreal compared to what Eevee can handle in Blender.

    • @PDSshinigami
      @PDSshinigami Рік тому

      u should be asking what kinda pc he is running on ...actually it required alot from his pc ..its gotta be atleast 64gb to run that smooth ,not a hater Im running both 4.26.3 n 4.27.0 they work on 30 fps on average (16gb i5)& 5 takes a whole hour to launch 1 more to open a project

    I've been following this channel for a while and some of the videos are amazing and others are not that great. My question is if the coloring book does have more consistency? I mean this in terms of information, all of your videos are of very high quality visually but some do timelapses blazing past important stuff.

    • @StylizedStation
      @StylizedStation  3 роки тому +3

      The Coloring Book only has tutorials made by ME personally, so its all really consistent. They're all also step-by-step as well, unlike the videos I share on the YT channel, which are more like breakdowns and knowledge shares.

      Is "unreal - stylized station" put a stone on it and it is ok. When the trend will chill a bit maybe you'll see something new. Even Art Station itself is on "Unreal days" atm.
      The real problem behind this overload of UE4 stuff is the saturation of the market...99% of the new Stylized artwork on Art station are based on THIS style, THOSE nodes and THIS result...That is awesome! but...I am personally already bored ahah.
      Have a good one mate!
