    This is the problem with our community is we act so hard when we want to but when it’s time for showtime, we want everyone to be soft with us. Donnie was adding value here because the lady needs to sharpen up, which is why she came to the show. This is why we can’t get better as a community is because we just love to each other at the wrong time and then be toxic and hard at the wrong time also.

    No Donni on the hot seat. It needs to be just you and the guest. No shade on her but not feeling excited about her energy in that space.

    Donni and David's coaching styles are different. If you are uncomfortable with someone being all in your ass about your business, Donni is simply not the coach for you😢. I will admit, a few of her comments were mean and unnecessary, "dave u wanna laugh?" She can definitely achieve her objective with her style of coaching without also making u feel like a blatant idiot to your face!😮. I love the format of the show, I will definitely watch this because the advice was spot on

Thats why its so important to get educated and coaching from someone who knows more than you. You guys are my coaches in my head until I can afford to pay you full price 🙏❤️ Thank you for doing this. Time for me to go deeper within my own business.

    I'm confused about why people come on here and try to tell them what they think sounds good..... If you have the opportunity to be in front of 2 individuals who can help you grow, why are we not truthful? Sounds like this young lady should lock in on 1 idea and see it through with the guidance of a professional......

  • @Peacefulpriority28
    @Peacefulpriority28 5 місяців тому +7

    We have got to stop being so sensitive if we are trying to be successful business owners. Anyone who’s made a living from their own business fully understands that this entrepreneurial world is not kind, sweet, or understanding. Customers/clients most of the time are far worse than Donni was because they are parting with their money. If a condescending tone is what would prevent someone from receiving the information, that’s really unfortunate. I hope Donni joins more of the Hot Seat segments, the overall dynamic is awesome in my opinion.

  • @CoachPatrina
    @CoachPatrina 10 місяців тому +5

    The woman is rude and a bully. That was not coaching. People use the word coach however, coaches partner and are not condescending. There was great information to help Liberty succeed however, the snarls from the women on here is that of a bully. Identify as a consultant and stop calling yourself a coach is my take on the woman. Really, Entrepreneur thotism? Just rude.
    The gentleman was on point.
    Both had valuable advice and suggestions.
    Hopefully, Liberty will chew the meat and throw out the bones.

    This is very good.. and I was here before, I had to understand that doing too many things at one time is incredibly dangerous to your business growth. It’s ok to not do ALL THINGS. I only offer what I’m an expert in. Point blank…
    How can you teach how to be a master at sales if you haven’t mastered your own? This is largely the issue in the beauty industry as well..
    If it’s outside of my lane, the answer is NO.
    Moral of the story: Get Clarity and Stay in Your Lane.
    Everyone needs to watch this and take notes…

    There’s such a thin line between constructive criticism and outright rudeness. A lot of people hide it under the guise of being “blunt” but you can be stern and still get your point across without being an ass. Some would say you’re weak for seeking guidance without aggression. I just discovered this platform, and love the idea but personally, I won’t be watching episodes that include this lady. Her body language is so off-putting it’s difficult to receive the message. It’s almost too uncomfortable to watch her be so cold. Hopefully Liberty got what she came for

    "Laughable." "You don't like me right now, so you?"
    Hey, here's a suggestion... do not talk to anyone like that again. It's unprofessional. That entrepreneur is there for professional development and improvement on her business. Keep it business. Kudos to her for still being professional; she's clearly a resilient person (based on her personal story as well). Once she focuses, rebrand, and gains clients... she'll be fine.
    You can be direct and honest without brutality or condescension. You don't need to be sunshine and flowers, just don't be rude. Simple. If you don't know the difference, work on it.

    Moments of clarity. Know your lane. Business is on life support without continuous leads and sales. I empathize with Liberty
    I spent the first year of my business marketing after that I relied on referrals that worked probably worked because I was a healthcare provider and referrals work well in that type of business
    Now that I have switched gears to teaching and coaching on digital media . This requires different skills with more focus on lead generation and sales instead of referrals

    I feel like Donni was borderline disrespectful with some of her comments and her mannerism was condescending. There’s a difference between being a tough coach and whatever she was doing. Maybe that’s just how she coaches but I personally would’ve felt disrespected by some of her actions. She also seemed like she was actually coachable unlike many of the people that come on here. Dave is also very direct in his coaching and sometimes might come off as harsh but I’ve never seen him come off as disrespectful not once.
