Are you ready for this 30 min fat burning HIIT cardio workout?! It's BRUTAL and SO, SO effective. In this jump rope HIIT workout I am using a jump rope - but if you don't have a jump rope - no worries, it's completely optional. Mimicking the use of a jump rope is super easy and I've done variation demonstrations to show you.
HIIT cardio workouts are one of the best ways to burn fat FAST! I am using a 1/4lb weighted jump rope in this fat burning HIIT cardio workout.

👉🏼 Equipment: A jump rope - if you don't have a jump rope just your a ghost rope (your hands), and a mat

I went far into the workout without taking a break while repeating “This guy is crazy” after the next slide comes up and it isn’t a rest. I clicked my screen to see how much is left and I hadn’t even reached half. This guy is truly crazy! Beast of a workout
Cheater here. I take a 10 secs rest with everytime the “up-next” comes up. Upnext screen is my rest screen
Jump rope is one of the most effective cardio exercise . I’ve been doing it for about two months now and I’ve seen incredible results

I don't understand why this channel is not receiving as much views as other channels. So underrated. Every workout practice I try with Dan works. From gluts, hamstrings, abs and now hiit. WORKS only if you consistenly follow everyday without fail. You'll see significant results in two weeks.

For everyone struggling with lasting jumping, the proper length on your rope will help your jumping last longer. Put one foot in front of you and step on the middle of the rope with that foot, as both rope handles point upwards, the most upper sides of both handles should not go above your armpit. Fix this issue and enjoy a better continous jumping. Happy longer time jumping!

I really enjoyed this workout ! I’m looking for an hour plus Jump rope HIIT workout.... if there’s any interest... I usually do do 30 mins back to back but it would be great to not have to stop and start again ... sound crazy???

Couldn’t agree more. You’re a trail runner? I don’t enjoy running, but put me on a trail and I could be gone for hours. Used to live in Southern Utah and would run up & down Angels Landing on the weekends then we moved to Park City and couldn’t get enough of the trails at the Mountain Resort. Where do you like to go running?
@@TIFFxDAN I live in CT . The trail systems here are great!!!! I mountain bike as well. Take me to the woods !!! My happy place. My favorite place to go is the white mountains in NH though!! I’d love to get out west some day!!!!

I’m using the Apple Watch 5. I’ve found it to be pretty accurate for the most part. It will at the very least get you within range of calories burned.
