Your not going to believe this but I drink two cups of fresh ginger a day. Two slices in hot water with honey. I have suboccipital . Now all symptoms stopped.Ginger is a anti-inflammatory. It also lowered my BP. 167 to 140 in just two days.
This kinda help my ON but the burning instead of radiating only seems to be at the points of the fingers and when the fingers let go it’s a jolt of burning pain that feels similar to doing squats, travels through my skull. I wish it would work for me but so far no luck
Try using infrared pressure mat , and get swd /tens and use of whole body massaging chair at your near by physiotherapy centre .once you have soothed your muscles,then u can continue doing exercises
