      Thanks, my man. I know, many are just “pop and pray,” “in and out,” “wham, bam, thank you ma’am,” unfortunately. Look for a sports or rehab chiropractor that does soft tissue work and exercise, not just adjustments - they tend to be more thorough.

      @@ReachrehabchiroAll the doctors like you who post videos on UA-cam shorts and full length videos explaining the treatment they are doing are all women, 90% of them are proof. Neither is it visible in the video nor does it reveal the location of its clinic or hospital.Even those who make men's videos, they also make very few men's videos. There are not even 10% of the videos on medicine compared to women's. I feel like you are cheating people.What is this type of therapy called? Even in India, many people are posting such videos these days and it is spreading more and more in the last few days.If you are a true doctor then there are many people like you who treat people with this type of medical method. If it is true then show the proof.You guys, show the patient's X-ray before treatment and X-ray after treatment, show their prescription before and after.All your patients should come forward and tell the public about the problems they are facing and how they have been cured. Also tell them what problems they had earlier and how much relief they have now. Treatment like yours. None of the doctors who provide it tell us if it is some kind of scam. The public asks for proof.

      @@dakken74 Yep, there's a condition called occipital neuralgia that can cause this. This is in part caused by the occipital nerves getting tension from the joints or muscles. All you need to do to relieve those two shoulder muscles that go up towards the head and cause severe headaches is to sit at your desk (as straight as you can), place your forearms on it and push them into the desk. You'll feel the muscles work and then just move your shoulders back or forth depending on where you feel the most stretching. Relieve, the headache should clear up or at least get better, repeat if needed - and don't forget to stretch your back regularly (at least every hour) if you have a sedatory job.

    • @Reachrehabchiro
      @Reachrehabchiro  6 місяців тому

      As a chiro, I would caution that it feels good but one adjustment isn’t your answer - it’s not magic. It is a helpful tool as a part of a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses a problematic condition slowing you down, e.g., back pain keeping you from exercising. So if you see a chiro, I recommend a “sports chiro” that does more than just adjustments. 👍
