It’s scary when your body betrays you, i had it for a month i think i stretched my neck awkwardly which caused it, doing these stretches immediately helped here i am thinking it was shingles like last year lol
Would this be something ALA would help with? I get this for weeks at a time, it takes away so much of my brain energy. And then sometimes it’s just completely gone. Stretching/massage/chiropractic care doesn’t seem to help much.
Does it also hurt when you press on your head in the back and the top center cause that’s what I have and also some dizziness and my eyes feel weird like a dizzy type of vision

An easy way to remember which way to turn your head for treating whatever side hurts, is this… “Turn AWAY from the pain.“
