    Does these rules apply to trying to remove someone you invited to live in your home?

      If the person has established residence (i.e., they get mail there) it does apply.

    How long is the process in average? Is the serving time counted in that lengthy process? Also is it a 30 days or 6 months notice that applies for occupants who once were tenants but stopped paying rent?

    How much does this whole process usually cost including doc fees if you hire an attorney?

    Hello Mark, I went thru the whole process with filing, the person has been served and the court date as been set. The court date is in 10 days. Is a decision ruled on that court date or will other court dates follow. I live in philly
