My suggestion is that, let the corporate give the political donations to Govt of India, and the govt of India will distribute the pooled amount based on the MP’s strength in the parliament. So if any corporate gives donations, all the parties will have survival. So the party in power will not demand the entire amount for themselves, what happened now. We can frame the rules and regulations for distribution of pooled amount. Similarly the states also can do the same. Another suggestion is that, before elections, governor’s rule will be imposed for 3 months before elections, so that the party in the ruling will not get additional advantage. The govt employees will work independently in those 3 months, hence there will be equal level field for all the parties. Any elected government will have tenure of 4 year and 9 months.
