You are missing the key point that he is making. Because of EB, you are able to know which party got how much and from whom. Do you think before EB no political party getting the money from industry? Do you think before EB the governments not doing quid pro co deals? Sir, we need something fair and legal for donations of political party. What about this idea, Donations will go one common account and distribution of money based on vote share for the party. This should considered state as vote share.
JP has always been saying there is no rule of law in India. Given that scenario he is trying to explain what best can be done to make things better. He can’t do magics to change a 1.4 billion people country overnight that is rooted in corruption, nepotism & basic disregard for law. In this case, no one can stop businesses from giving money to political parties. In that situation electoral bonds will streamline the process where donations can be made thru bonds and there is some accountability on parties to show how much they received. If bond donor details are made public donors will go back to cash donations and everything will go into secret again. That’s what JP has been saying.

As we have reported previously, four days after his arrest, Aurobindo Pharma, a firm founded by his billionaire father PV Ram Prasad Reddy in which he is a director, paid Rs 5 crore to the BJP through electoral bonds. In May 2023, when Reddy’s bail plea came up for hearing, the Enforcement Directorate did not oppose it. After he was released from prison, Reddy turned approver in the case on June 2, 2023. Aurobindo Pharma donated another Rs 25 crore to the BJP through bonds on November 8, 2023. Now, we have found that on the same day, two other companies connected to Aurobindo Pharma also donated Rs 25 crore to the BJP.

They are not talking anything abt quid pro co and how party in power is using ED to get money in the form of Bonds. How party in power is giving projects to companies who are giving money. Both won't talk abt it bcz it's against their agenda.
The scam starts with inflated project cost.the promoter inflates so the promoter need not risk any of his own money at all, then further inflated to pay off politicians & officers , many instances it amounts to 40% of project cost. Imagine what would be the cost reduction if all are honest.

JP has always been saying there is no rule of law in India. Given that scenario he is trying to explain what best can be done to make things better. He can’t do magics to change a 1.4 billion people country overnight that is rooted in corruption, nepotism & basic disregard for law.
In this case, no one can stop businesses from giving money to political parties. In that situation electoral bonds will streamline the process where donations can be made thru bonds and there is some accountability on parties to show how much they received. If bond donor details are made public donors will go back to cash donations and everything will go into secret again. That’s what JP has been saying.

As we have reported previously, four days after his arrest, Aurobindo Pharma, a firm founded by his billionaire father PV Ram Prasad Reddy in which he is a director, paid Rs 5 crore to the BJP through electoral bonds.
In May 2023, when Reddy’s bail plea came up for hearing, the Enforcement Directorate did not oppose it. After he was released from prison, Reddy turned approver in the case on June 2, 2023. Aurobindo Pharma donated another Rs 25 crore to the BJP through bonds on November 8, 2023.
Now, we have found that on the same day, two other companies connected to Aurobindo Pharma also donated Rs 25 crore to the BJP.
