I woke up just now from experiencing this. A few minutes ago I was experiencing absolute fear from what I was experiencing but found relief in knowing that it was just sleep paralysis. I was guessing it was that for what felt like an eternity. For those wondering what my experience was like, I luckily still have it freshly burnt into my memory. I was still able to see. When I tried looking around my room, everything seemed unreal and literally warped. I felt like I was melting, falling through the earth and whenever I closed my eyelids, I could feel like my soul was being ripped from me. I tried my hardest to scream, to call my mom for help but couldn’t, I could barely muster a grunt.
I felt same when I tried to open my eyes during this experience. Like I saw patterns like kaleidoscope. And other time I saw my surroundings were monochromatic in blue.

Tactile hallucination is the experience of feeling like you're being touched when you're not. It's one of the most common aspects of sleep paralysis. Many people say they feel pressure or contact. It's like something or someone is holding them down.May 14, 2023
Yes i can literally feel as if some person is doing for real like one time when i realiz i was sleeping on my back i had sleep paralysis like both my legs and hands were grasp tightly individually like one person grabbing my each leg and another with hands and could see some entity sitting on my chest and making it heavier to breath i prayed and prayed and suddenly i woke up most terrifying
One of mine I was in a demon realm and sitting on a demons shoulders with my legs going down his chest he didn't know I was there, I was like an apparition in his world , the moment he realized I was there he slowly looked up at me and I saw he had two eyes in each eye . Then he started tickling my ghost feet which I started to feel and he was slowly physically bringing me into his world by touching me then my crotch got really hot where his head was and I woke up in real life with my crotch actually hot. I had gotten my period with a large large amount of blood through my shorts and the bed sheets😢😢😢
Ok what about the one where you cant move or open your eye/speak etc but when you really try to muscle your way through and move theres a ringing in your ears that gets louder and louder the more you try to move then it becomes so loud that you think your eardrums will pop if you try to move any more so you stop and wait for the experience to pass
Guys it's not a hallucination, it is YOU. The spirit/entity you see is your stress, depression, fear, ect. If you saw this comment your welcome and the way to pass this is you CANT BE SCARED. Try meditating. Trust me, I have PLENTY of experience.
I saw a reaper type hooded demon/person i cant recall any eye color possibly red but ice also had an out of body one in a bad time in my life where i grabbed a gun
Bro just happened to me I experienced a black figure with no face and eyes pressing my chest with full force I can't scream at that time but after I chanted gods name he vanished
im a muslim, and exprienced like 100 paralysis. first time i used religious words it worked, but after like 10 more paralysis it didnt work anymore. but i still do it because it gives me mental power and i can breath. if i dont breath intentionally my brain dosent do it automatically and i probably die 😂
Thts cos it was in your mind, you thought Jesus stopped it, but actually your mind thinking Jesus stopped it is what actually stopped it. You’re seeing things you fear, you can turn it around all by yourself I know it isn’t real, cos when I see scary things, I think of something else, and the things I think of is what the night demon turns in to, which is how I know it’s not real and only what your kind creates.
Once, I woke up to the odd feeling. Turn out I had sleep paralysis. Got myself out of the living room where I was sleeping on the couch and went towards the stairs. I looked up before taking a step and I've noticed my sisters head peaking out, looking straight down at me with wide smile on her face ( in realiry she was at work, I was home alone). I've said to myself " hell no" and get back to living room , trying to wake myself up 😅
1 month ago i experienced a sleep paralysis where i can't move my body and I'm comepletely dreaming whenever i try to move my body, i just stayed on a sleep paralysis and just watched how i continuously dream and I'm dreaming about how i just travel in a different multiple Parallel universe where i can see my different versions of myself, family, friends, and other people i know
@@NICE-zr6ym im not sure u can try it can just happen rigth or there actually a way but high possibilty u migth see someone instead of that so dont even do it cause i do not know what kind can happend
Did you know that since these are projections of your mind, you can slowly learn to control them, like a lucid dream? Start out with putting on music, since its a projection of your mind, your sleep paralysis demon would react to it, and over time, you can gradually become aware of when you're dreaming or having sleep paralysis.
I experienced multiple times waking up from falling to death, feeling like you are floating, scary and gruesome nightmares, feeling like there is something that is watching you, or very realistic dreams that you can't wake up. I thought it was normal and really annoying for ruining good sleep. I don't know about others but I never thought somone would be terrified and suffer from this kind of things... I forgot what and when was my first experience of having a scary and realistic dream. Somehow my brain knew it is a dream and shouldn't be worried...
The Third one and There first one are REALLY accurate. When I was 7 to 8 I had sleep paralysis and it felt like I couldn't move, and most of my dreams are me flying around in my house. But there was this one dream that really made me feel scared there was this shadow creature thing and it was completely just watching me and walking towards me which was TERRIBLE I was SO SWEATY and scared😥
I suffer with sp,& I turn it in to lucid dreaming. I have great experiences .. granted - at l first i see things that are scary, but I’ve trained my mind to actually think of something else,& then it turns in to things (pleasant) things I’m thinking about Such a gift to have if you’re experienced enough to turn it around to something pleasant ❤❤
Today I got sleep paraplises first time But my mind is trained I can woke from my sleep when I want today I got sleep paraplises I thought that why I am not able to control my body I camed down my self I am able to control my body After 30 min I got second sp this time I know this is the thing before this time I am able to move my thumb but slowly I am losing control I think about ram I suddenly i got my control back , I am too cold like someone is in my body But I am chanting Lord ram name I am getting warm warm This all happened because my sleep cycle is disterbed from weeks And if you see sprits you're in stress, depression
I only experienced this in the house I grew up in, and that house was haunted. In over 20 years and quite a few houses later..nothing. Has never happened again.
I just had sleep paralysis. Well I am totally fine couse I already knew about this thing. I was actually wearing headphones and listing to song and then I fell asleep. After nearly one hour I woke up but only my eyes were open and i had my breath stuck. I was unable to breathe but this thing had happened to me many time so I was well aware of it specially because itwas not night I was taking afternoon nap I had a window infront of me which was a little bit open so I did not had much severe fear. The most scary thing for me is that I was unable to control my breath. I just started breathing slow and fast. I had different kind of experience I was trying to move my hand and it felt like it was moving but actually it wasn't so I tried to bite my finger I was feeling like I was biting but it actually did not move an inch. I finally woke up but I was super sleepy and I wanted to enjoy music while having rest so I again closed my eyes but just after some second I was again in state of sleep paralysis and i thought (in state of sleep paralysis) that why is this happening and what can I do to wake up easily and started trying to wake up in different ways I had multiple sleep paralysis at once on purpose though I was interrupted by my brother but when I woke up and got up from bed I felt like everything that I did was like I was dreaming whole time. I feels unreal that I experienced something like that but I believe it was 100% real couse I remember listening to songs I can name those and i remember the window that was open. I know this comment is so big but l still shortened it if anyone thinks it is fake reply me I will give you more details. But if you are a doctor please give me some explanation. Maybe I made many mistakes in writing this sorry but my English is actually good but I am in hurry. I am a 15 year old and English is not my first language.
@@sagar_muleyI read and you can't believe that I felt like it was me explaining what happend to me and that finger bite was damn real even when I woke up I remembered that.... I even checked my finger if that was bitten or not cuz I actually for the first time felt as if my hands were moving but I guess it was hallucinations becuz there wasn't any mark of being bitten but I clearly remember I bit my finger
@@Mauzghalaz it's very occasional and can be controlled to a certain point so learn to get yourself comfortable in state of sleep paralysis. It will help surely. I didn't had major sleep paralysis since I wrote it so it gets better with confidence to face it.
this happens to me sometimes when i sleep on my back. i'll hear noises, such as scratching, whimpering, or a voice in my ear. i'll be paralyzed and unable to open my eyes. all i can do is breathe hard, sometimes mumble, in my attempts to use my voice to call out for help. i'll feel a seemingly very real warm hand, gently resting on my chest. i'll feel shifting weight around my bed. it doesn't scare me. nightmares or anything like that don't scare me, because i either know they're not real, or at least some part of me always does. i just feel oddly calm. still not a pleasant experience though.
@@dazaifeetpics need to be depressed or badly hurt over something that you can't stop thinking about that. Chance increases when you sleep laying on your back.
Ouh, im sorry that it happens daily to you. Do you have anxiety? Cause I do, I often have bad dreams and occasionally sleep paralysis. Anxiety also cause sleeping problem for me so i bought melatonin pills and help me relax and have good sleep
Its not as fun as it seems, it also feels like your head is being pulled down by your eyes and its extremely uncomfortable. Feels like you’re greening out tbh. The feeling is crazy though so if you like that sort of thrill its alright lmao.
Yesterday,I was sleeping and a jinn(Enitity/ghost) Attacked me with sleep paralysis i heard the jinn's jiggle and the word the jin was saying at my ear and then i remebered i have Allah(S.W.T) so i started to reciting the Qu'ran in my head and then the jinn started attacking me even more and it even tell me to stop in my head, It was a scary experience but it also proved that Allah is the real god if you ever got sleep paralysis try to be more close to allah reciting the Qu'ran,Doing wudu,Always salah also helps,I hope my advice is useful for you and if you aren't muslim i recommend pray to your god 😊
The chest compression hallucination happened to me last night. Not gonna lie...it was scary. I was stuck in the middle of my sleep. I felt myself trying to wake up, but I couldn't move for a few seconds. My eyes felt glued together, and my body felt paralyzed.
Happened to me last night too, my chest had pressure, and i couldnt move my arms when i tried to move it, so i just close my eyes until i could move, then slept again
Last night I had sleep paralysis. It was terrifying. There were two men in my room but I could only see ones face. My eyes couldn't move so I couldn't focus on the other face. If anyone has seen the movie smile, that's how they were smiling at me. Also after that, I felt something walking or crawling ok my back
I had sleep paralysis a lot when I was young, I figured if I slept in a certain position I would have sleep paralysis. Doesn’t happen as often anymore. I would always experience the feel of someone starring at me but I can’t turn around to see them, or feel like someone is breathing behind me, or hear someone walk into the room. Only once was it like an out of body experience, but I am convinced that was a dream about sleep paralysis because I woke up from that, into sleep paralysis. During the out of body experience, I remember standing up and walking out my room, down the hall and everything was green tint. Like I had shades on. I reach to open my parents room door and I woke up into sleep paralysis. That was the most interesting one but I had one I felt I could’ve died because my nose was stuffy and the nostril that was open was buried in the pillow and my mouth. I panicked and eventually was able to move.
If you have the feeling of flying or whatever in your sleep You are about to die IN your sleep. You can save yourself from doing that Such as: Meeting your guardian, Waking up & drinking water, Talk about something healthy before you go back to sleep. I do this when I get that flying feeling. (It wasn’t good)
Real Story related to 3rd one: I dont know if this is really related, but once I was just asleep as usual in the morning. But... I suddenly felt a wave around me going high, as if I was flying to the skies OUT OF MY BODY. When I arrived in the sky, I think there was a Light or Jesus telling me "Amber you arent going to heaven" or smthng like that. After that I immediately woke up and felt really horrible. It was scary, and I didnt like the way it felt like my sould was exitting my body, but technically that was least year (2023) or 2022. Thankd for reading❤
If I have sleep paralysis I sleep talk and sleep scream and sleepwalk. I don’t think I can really get sleep paralysis and if I do, I think my pants would wake me up by the screaming
Little story: Once i was like 8 or 9 i woke up in the middle of the night. My mom love to watch horror movies that contain zombies(not blaming her) she would never show me or let me watch it. Ofcourse once i kinda heard it. I heard the voices of the zombies but i wasn't scared. I don't when it was but as i said i woke up. I don't think it was sleep paralysis bc i could sit up. Itwas pure dark and i was seeing nothing. Only my little sister was sleeping next to me. I actually woke up to the sound of zombie voices. I sat up and i started feeling weird. I started to feel dizzy (idk how to write that i'm hungarian) . I was only hearing sounds but i wasn't seeing anything. And ofcourse zombies don't exist. Maybe someone was just snoring from the other room, but it did not sound like that. I'm not sure if i was hallucinating at that age but i'm curious. Can someone tell me if that's normal.
The last one is very similar to where you are in a deep sleep and feeling like your falling down from the sky and fall on solid ground and you wake up. It’s not really common it happens quite rarely. I’ve had a few times. I sometimes try to do it but I can’t but you’ll get uses to it
There's mainly 3 types of sleep paralysis. 1> Intruder hallucinations - The most common form in which the individual feels the presence of a negative force or being nearby. 2> Chest-pressure hallucinations - pressure in chest, suffocation 3> vestibular motor hallucinations - The individual has out-of-body experiences and get sensations of flying or floating. The guy here talks of the third one. It's not really "astral projection" as you're not floating in "real time" and not conscious of events and happenings in the environment. It's just that the brain creates a space where you can float subconsciously.
These three was happened to me but the first one i didn't see any ghost or such a terrifying creature till now. But these three are horrifying 💀 but the flying one was really good csuse it was so adventurous and pleasurable for me🧚🏻♀️🦋. But sometimes it also terrifying experience. I just experiencing these things from many months.J experiencing it more than 5 times 💀
I'm 11 and I had a sleep paralysis💀, I couldent't move, talk, I could feel my body but I coulden't move it. I saw in my dreams me with a dawg walking on a car and then jump scaring me and then the rest was pure white💀
For me, I always keep my eyes closed when ik it’s about to happen to avoid seeing something, usually my hart gets really terrifyingly intense, sometimes I feel things touching me, hear loud and intense sounds, ect, it’s not daily but happens relatively often, even happing once outside of my home.
I used to get the first two all the time up to the point I was scared to sleep sometimes, however since I restored my faith in Jesus I've only experienced the 3rd and it is so peaceful and calming😊.
Sleep paralysis isn’t dangerous, I’ve experienced it a lot mostly when im stressed, half of the time I didn’t know I was sleep paralysised (not a word). So don’t stress
I remember once being 4 years old sleeping with my parents bed then suddenly i wake up unable to move i remember like if i was levitating while my dad sleeping,it was so scary
Y’all I hate to tell you but out of body hallucinations from paralysis aren’t necessarily astral projection. Often times it’s your minds perception of what you THINK is around you/where you are/what you look like (happens when you have one where u are looking at yourself). It can sometimes lead to astral projection sure but it takes a lot of practice and in my experience the panic of the out of body hallucinations and other such paralysis hallucinations are a bit less spiritually connected at the base of things. Plus they are just like 10x more terrifying in gen.
And here's me who had experience all of these hallucinations🙂 .. I experience these with sleep paralysis. The 1st one, I see monsters, ghost sitting beside me on the bed. Once I felt like a hand(long, pale, long nails) touching my face...and i heard noise, cries which is very terrifying to hear. I can't move my body.. The 2nd one, I felt that pain on my chest.. I saw a ghost or something terrifying creatures sitting on me. 3rd one, people who don't experience this may seems it's fun.. But no it's not a fun thing.. I feel like floating and flying on my bed.. With these I heard loud noises n screams. I almost feel like I was death The most horrific thing is that I can move my body, open my eyes.. I have to struggle opening my eyes. The trigger and the hallucinations may occur for some seconds or few minutes, but I felt like I was struggling for my life... N when I open my eyes I thought it's over but then I saw those things again. After all I came back to senses n don't wanna fall asleep again
I today got 4the kid no intruder feeeeling ,no chest pressure just my body not able to move and only eyes can be half opened it was coool and normal nothing bad feeling type ,and after that i slowly drifted to sleep 😴 SO 4TH KIND PEACEFUL ONE
I had something slowly fall from my ceiling and go next to me. I thought it was just a normal hallucination but when I went to look at it I couldn’t move. To answer your questions you can close your eyes and it almost feels like you move a little then snap back into place when you try to move
1st and 3rd is not true... why? because i know how to experience it manually at 100%, when you're in a state of Sleep Paralysis, you can experience feeling like you can see your surroundings and hear them (like you can still see the TV running and the channel you are watching) but you can't move. pressure in the chest (you won't feel any pressure) is kind of true in a way, to be exact you won't be able to breathe. it's not about stress or anything. you can experience it even if you're in tip top shape. i still think it's dangerous though. and after waking up from sleep paralysis you will feel very sleepy and if you try to sleep in that state, you will again enter sleep paralysis.
I experienced the first two and it’s fucking terrifying. I saw a man standing over me with a knife and I tried to scream but i couldn’t. It scared the crap out of me and it happened when I was six. I don’t advise it 😊 😅
Guys you won't believe me.. I saw a pet story of someone and the faces l never saw before.. the main point is that dog is abnormal and always disturbed l was in th house too.... then l tried to wakeup but l couldn't I saw my dad and mom but couldn't call them out for help... I tried like 4 times finally when l wokeup I Couldn't even hold my eye lid open for more than 10 sec then l saw a big black colour fog worth bright eyes.. then a person like god like person.. l didn't see who it was.. I don't have any idea how he/ she looked like .. there was full of light.. the temperature was getting too high.. then l tried to wakeup with my full strength.. but before l wokeup l heard a voice a girls voice..i don't know with these hallucinations explained by scientists.. but l feel like it's not about science.. its apart from us.. like the place and an ecstasy. ... I just don't know
but i have sleep paralysis, but every single time experience it I just see pitch black but I can also hear my surroundings like I’m awake but at the same time not awake
I have sleep paralysis. Sometimes i wake up with my eyes open and see scary figures. What i do is that i close my eyes immediately and wait till it's over. This only happens while i blink to wake up from lucid dreams (i found a startegy without sleep paralysis) Sometimes i feel a bit of chest pressure. Something i don't expericence that often is sleep paralysis where i cant open my eyes. Then i just chill for 10 seconds till i wake up. When experienceing this type of sleep paralysis you can actually move out of ur body with closed eyes. It feels like sleep walking without seeing but when you wake up from sleep paralysis you are in your bed.
i just woke up from it, i didn’t experience any of that. it started off as a dream about goin to the hospital bc my school caught on fire but when i got there, there was a doctor keeping everyone paralyzed. i had to keep trying to imagine me sitting up, and when i finally did it i woke up still laying down it was weird.
I just recently experienced 1 and 2 it was weird asf I couldn't move and someone was standing over me and started choking me I started yelling and then woke up yelling it was really strange and weird. I've been looking up so much stuff about it cause it's creepy but really interesting
Does flying and falling and then dying means i have sleep paralysis?? Like i flyyyy and i just stop and i smack the ground..and some times my eyes keep closed. But most of the time I wake up just after or before I fall asleep
I be having the second one. I already sometimes have a hard time breathing at night or when im indoors in general and it gets really scary when this happens because it feels like I'm dying. (Most of the time im indoors i have to remind myself to breathe when I don't 😅)
ive remember i have an out body experience. my chest was so heavy i cant breath and i was walking around my house and came back on my body and happened a few times until i actually woke up
I've got a sleep paralysis when I was 8 , it was like the gate is open , it is dark outside , i feeled my body was getting lifted up, and when I looked down , i saw a pot with a flower , and the flower stems were coming to me slowly and slowly , my body was feeling like i can't breath. And then a person with black face , red eyes jumpscared me . I shouted like my family came running to my room. Me in trauma had the most scariest thing ever happened to me 😢😢😮.
last night I woke up and felt chest pressure, couldnt even open my eyes or body. nothing. I just felt like i was suffocating and i felt something laying on my body, which i thought at the time was my dogs. now i realise it was my body thinking something was touching me, when nothing was touching me at all. I have sleep paralysis all the time, but never chest pressure or out of body experiences, or even intruder hallucinations. I just wake up and cant move. Eyes, body, nothing can move. last night was the first time I felt the feeling of being suffocated.
Bro i dont know what it was but i woke up couldnt move a few seconds then i fell back asleep i couldnt move or anything i tried to stay calm but it felt like i was suffocating and i saw some intruder before i woke up im now scared to go back to sleep i fell asleep on ny back to i never do that thats why i thought i was sufocating then when i was out of it i couldnt move for like 20 seconds or sum i was scared i thought i was paralysed fr😭
So here is my sleep paralysis story Last night I had a sleep paralysis and i was sleeping on my back that night which I usually sleep on my side. I woke up around 2 am I feel something crawling up my legs. I look down and it was a shadow monster like creature jst crawling up my legs. It started saying and i quote "We will meet again" and it disappeared. I could finally move again. This was my first time having sleep paralysis and it was HORRIBLE. When I could finally move I cried and screamed. My mom eventually woke up and I explained to her what happened. Mid way while explaining I passed out and woke up to my alarm ringing signaling it was time for school
I have experienced the shadow and also the blasting off into space and being aware that im sitting there meditating. Theres another one when i completely start vibrating and my teeth are chattering
One night I could get into sleep paralysis voluntarily multiple times in and out (by staying absolutely still) I have never opened my eyes but I would hear super loud white noise and occasionally voices/singing And although I perfectly knew what to expect and did it voluntarily and knew that there's nothing to be afraid of BUT it's probably the scariest thing I've ever experienced. So I don't think that this fear comes from hearing or seeing something scary I'm pretty sure this massive fear is involuntary irrational feeling. Reminds me of experiments where people inhale CO2 and their brains just freak out because it triggers deep fear response in the brain
Ok I don’t know if this is sleep paralysis but every time I’m running from a monster or something my legs get SUPER weak and I CANNOT SCREAM It’s so scary
This the one i always experience the third one. Youre in a scared state but i will say i can control my surroundings to a certain degree when in this state. However am too panicked to actually enjoy it. Sometimes on a good time it will lead to a lucid dream where you can control everything but most of the time im too scared and just trying to wake up
everytime i have sleep paralysis and i open my eyes i’m not where i’m sleeping i’m at my grandmas house and when i open my eyes i see people and they watch me and i hear loud noises right next to my ear so i usually just squeeze my eyes closed as hard as i can till it’s over
I sleep in a corner. But there is a huge gap between my bed and the wall. I recently had these hallucinations where I see something crawling up from the gap and I get out of bed, turn on the light and see nothing. I usually frightned but goes back to sleep.
I also felt like my body woke up automatically with one eye closed without me applying any force or using any energy I also felt my muscles contract and relax and when I came in full consciousness..............I was just lying on my bed it can be a cool and exciting experience sometimes, one I will remember.
The first one just happened to me .That was terrifying 💀💀 Then I came to UA-cam to know more about it

Ok what about the one where you cant move or open your eye/speak etc but when you really try to muscle your way through and move theres a ringing in your ears that gets louder and louder the more you try to move then it becomes so loud that you think your eardrums will pop if you try to move any more so you stop and wait for the experience to pass
had the same experience
Guys it's not a hallucination, it is YOU. The spirit/entity you see is your stress, depression, fear, ect. If you saw this comment your welcome and the way to pass this is you CANT BE SCARED. Try meditating. Trust me, I have PLENTY of experience.

I saw a reaper type hooded demon/person i cant recall any eye color possibly red but ice also had an out of body one in a bad time in my life where i grabbed a gun

im a muslim, and exprienced like 100 paralysis. first time i used religious words it worked, but after like 10 more paralysis it didnt work anymore. but i still do it because it gives me mental power and i can breath. if i dont breath intentionally my brain dosent do it automatically and i probably die 😂
Thts cos it was in your mind, you thought Jesus stopped it, but actually your mind thinking Jesus stopped it is what actually stopped it.
You’re seeing things you fear, you can turn it around all by yourself
I know it isn’t real, cos when I see scary things, I think of something else, and the things I think of is what the night demon turns in to, which is how I know it’s not real and only what your kind creates.

I fell down the stairs once in a dream and my body felt like it was actually happening
I've said to myself " hell no" and get back to living room , trying to wake myself up 😅
Damn I would've freezed up 😂😂😂

Did you know that since these are projections of your mind, you can slowly learn to control them, like a lucid dream? Start out with putting on music, since its a projection of your mind, your sleep paralysis demon would react to it, and over time, you can gradually become aware of when you're dreaming or having sleep paralysis.
If I listen to music while having sleep paralysis, would the sleep paralysis monster be vibin with me?

Number three is called astral projection, I've done it
People think its hallucinations. How? It a really complex one if it is lol
Same experience 😊
My sleep paralysis went away completely when I got my cpap. Just so thing to think about for anyone who suffers from it,
The intruder one has happened to me its frfr terrifying
I had all the types of sleep paralysis i was not able to sleep alone for a week and feeling presence of something in daytime too. Now its fine

Day time? 😳
Literally I’m just lying in bed and my body goes “nah you’re flying” and I twitch and wake up.
The Third one and There first one are REALLY accurate.
When I was 7 to 8 I had sleep paralysis
and it felt like I couldn't move, and most of my dreams are me flying around in my house. But there was this one dream that really made me feel scared there was this shadow creature thing and it was completely just watching me and walking towards me which was TERRIBLE I was SO SWEATY and scared😥
My sleep paralysis completely stopped when I moved out of that HAUNTED house of mine. So am perfectly fine if you're wondering🙂
If you ever experience it again, just know that its a hallucination and none of it is real 🙂
I suffer with sp,& I turn it in to lucid dreaming. I have great experiences .. granted - at l first i see things that are scary, but I’ve trained my mind to actually think of something else,& then it turns in to things (pleasant) things I’m thinking about
Such a gift to have if you’re experienced enough to turn it around to something pleasant ❤❤
Today I got sleep paraplises first time
But my mind is trained I can woke from my sleep when I want today I got sleep paraplises I thought that why I am not able to control my body I camed down my self I am able to control my body
After 30 min I got second sp this time I know this is the thing before this time I am able to move my thumb but slowly I am losing control
I think about ram I suddenly i got my control back , I am too cold like someone is in my body
But I am chanting Lord ram name I am getting warm warm
This all happened because my sleep cycle is disterbed from weeks
And if you see sprits you're in stress, depression
But if you are a doctor please give me some explanation. this happens to me sometimes when i sleep on my back.
i'll hear noises, such as scratching, whimpering, or a voice in my ear. i'll be paralyzed and unable to open my eyes.
all i can do is breathe hard, sometimes mumble, in my attempts to use my voice to call out for help. i'll feel a seemingly very real warm hand, gently resting on my chest. i'll feel shifting weight around my bed.
it doesn't scare me. nightmares or anything like that don't scare me, because i either know they're not real, or at least some part of me always does. i just feel oddly calm. still not a pleasant experience though.

Also after that, I felt something walking or crawling ok my back
All of these happen to me 24/7😭
Last night i experience the intruder one.Me trying to show the middle finger to the guy.I swear😂

You are about to die IN your sleep.
You can save yourself from doing that

Meeting your guardian, Waking up & drinking water,
Talk about something healthy before you go back to sleep.

Not me having the feeling I’m being watched but there’s nothing in my bedroom in sleep paralysis-
Real Story related to 3rd one:
I dont know if this is really related, but once I was just asleep as usual in the morning.
I've never experienced sleep paralysis,i only experience weird dreams that aren't nightmares
If I have sleep paralysis I sleep talk and sleep scream and sleepwalk. I don’t think I can really get sleep paralysis and if I do, I think my pants would wake me up by the screaming
Little story:
Once i was like 8 or 9 i woke up in the middle of the night.
I sometimes try to do it but I can’t but you’ll get uses to it
If sleep paralysis is supposed to be terrifying, then can someone please explain how the third one is sleep paralysis?
I literally saw a tall demon in my room and tried screaming but my mouth wouldn’t open😭😭
No way people are just calling these hallucinations. 💀💀💀
I think you may be experiencing something else.
I mostly experience the last one out of body experience like I'm flying with a jetpack or something 😢
There's mainly 3 types of sleep paralysis.
1> Intruder hallucinations - The most common form in which the individual feels the presence of a negative force or being nearby.
2> Chest-pressure hallucinations - pressure in chest, suffocation
3> vestibular motor hallucinations - The individual has out-of-body experiences and get sensations of flying or floating.
I had 3rd with a kinda looop , im so tensed 😭😭😭😭😭, im not even feeling real in real world idk what im saying
I think I’ve had the out of body experience for a few times, but it was only for split second it felt like my soul was dropping out of my bis
Experienced them all, including auditory, olfactory, and vestibular motor hallucinations
I am also not able to breathe during sleep paralysis and this worsens the situation..it feels like if someone is not going to wake me up then i'll die
I wish I could just see angels during sleep paralysis, and preferably not the fallen ones😩
Fr
Y’all I hate to tell you but out of body hallucinations from paralysis aren’t necessarily astral projection. Often times it’s your minds perception of what you THINK is around you/where you are/what you look like (happens when you have one where u are looking at yourself). It can sometimes lead to astral projection sure but it takes a lot of practice and in my experience the panic of the out of body hallucinations and other such paralysis hallucinations are a bit less spiritually connected at the base of things. Plus they are just like 10x more terrifying in gen.
Feel like ur the closest cz my room is super dark and I was jus floating in static like from the tv it was dark in glitchy
And here's me who had experience all of these hallucinations🙂
.. I experience these with sleep paralysis.
The 1st one, I see
monsters, ghost sitting beside me on the bed.
I almost feel like I was death
The most horrific thing is that I can move my body, open my eyes.. I have to struggle opening my eyes. The trigger and the hallucinations may occur for some seconds or few minutes, but I felt like I was struggling for my life... N when I open my eyes I thought it's over but then I saw those things again. After all I came back to senses n don't wanna fall asleep again
This song: I believe I can fly
Me: I’m actually flying
I felt neither of the three. Just the inability to move, speak, blink. Basically feeling like I’m inside a dead body but fully awake and aware.
What about seeing weird patterns on inside of your blanket and spiders on hand? I also saw a dog chasing me when I was 12.
I’ve had all of these multiple times very wild, my scariest one though got me (who was and still is VERY used to SP) REALLY GOOD
ive remember i have an out body experience. my chest was so heavy i cant breath and i was walking around my house and came back on my body and happened a few times until i actually woke up
I really enjoy getting these now 💀 It feels scary but nice at the same time.
What about experiencing sleep paralysis without the paralysis part?
last night I woke up and felt chest pressure, couldnt even open my eyes or body.
So here is my sleep paralysis story
Last night I had a sleep paralysis and i was sleeping on my back that night which I usually sleep on my side.
One night I could get into sleep paralysis voluntarily multiple times in and out (by staying absolutely still)
I have never opened my eyes but I would hear super loud white noise and occasionally voices/singing
And although I perfectly knew what to expect and did it voluntarily and knew that there's nothing to be afraid of BUT it's probably the scariest thing I've ever experienced.
So I don't think that this fear comes from hearing or seeing something scary
I'm pretty sure this massive fear is involuntary irrational feeling. Reminds me of experiments where people inhale CO2 and their brains just freak out because it triggers deep fear response in the brain
Ok I don’t know if this is sleep paralysis but every time I’m running from a monster or something my legs get SUPER weak and I CANNOT SCREAM
It’s so scary
At the end, it was basically drugs 💀
You can't move during sleep paralysis lol how would u be able to get out of bed?? Try making up a better lie next time
