If you're a sniper, you better be. Some objectives when doing IRL missions can take several days where the sniper/spotter duo will literally stay on one spot, trying not to move as much as possible.
@@Revoltine I think it was said that Carlos Hathcock would mainly travel in prone, imagine crawling in a jungle for days. That’s what it takes to be the best and survive.

First shot, everyone runs into cover. Second shot, they track where your weapon sounds are coming from. Third shot, they spot your muzzle flash. This game also tends to highlight that as well. Firing three unsuppressed shots from the same location oftentimes has all nearby enemies instantly detect you.
It really depends on the objective for the sniper/ sniper team. When used in an offensive role (move to a location -> find a good firing position -> eliminate important targets), you are right. When used in a defensive rolle, however (doing overwatch for other troops clearing houses, holding important, fortified positions, etc.), Snipers can often stay in one position even for prolonged firefights, because that position is defended and set up to offer the highest amount of advantage possible (good elevation, cover, ammo, etc.). In a situation like that, the enemy will know you are there anway, because THEY are the ones attacking the snipers faction.
Somebody should have explained a couple of the mechanics of the game. He had a Welrod pistol that was for taking out enemies silently at closer ranges, the Thompson was a last resort weapon and he would of done better if he knew this... P.S. Love your stuff, keep up the awesome work :)

The Springfield used in Sniper Elite 4 is a 30-06 rifle, so the round is a bit bigger than 7.62. Safe to say if it hits you, you aren’t getting back up.
@@peregrinefalcon9513 30-06 is a way bigger cartridge than 7.62, if you google a comparison you’ll see that. It also travels pretty significantly faster. As in about 500 feet per second faster. He seems to be holding the controller against his thighs, causing him to bump the triggers by accident. While it's notoriously easy to do this with the Dualshock, it might help to give him a small table to rest it on
Richard likes this game due to the realism, but also realises that he sucks at the game. It'd be nice to see Richard paired with an expert gamer to let him experience the game better.
