The game can be super fast since you can run and gun, i’ll be it less fun but can cut play time in half
You don't see Jack knows where everyones at and he dont even know the map lol
I was able to farm the invaders to unlock everything in one day. Play mission 4, set yourself up in the top level of the steel mill foundry. Locate the two long ladders to reach the top floor. Put down a mine and C4 at the top of the ladder. Now you can try to snipe the invaders, secure you cannot be snuck up on.
I used same type strategy in watch dogs.
A troll mechanic the game never needed... But its great trolling with the entire German army helping you!!
It's really funny to me that in a sniper game you get punishes for sitting in one spot.
Excellent Father’s Day gift! I was just wondering when Jack would post a new one of these invasion videos and here it is. Thank you Jack
One of the peak content from Jack, loved it
I remember me and my buddy were being all slow and tactical and I told him to cross the road and I would cover him suddenly he got shot. The guy was in a building on our side of the street we were both freaking out
7:10 "are you slacking on the job mate?"
"Of course sir"
🤣
Glad you're find this game fun aswell. Bravo Jack.
Loved how jack asks: „are you smoking on the job?“ and the German soldier replied „aber natürlich“ wich means: but of course!
Hilarious
Deathloop has a similar invasion system, although I don't know how populated of a game it is still. Might be worth a try.
it is probably very hard to find a match, considering how there are only like 300 people playing it on steam lol
jackfrags: "You slacking on the job, mate?"
German Infantry: "Of Course, Sir!"
LOL
The NPC at 13:25 is checking the shippment that came in against the order sheet, and is taking account of inventory.
This guy sounds like he should be reading audiobooks. Very soothing voice.
Nice video Jack! Imagine maps like this in Battlefield!!!!
"Are you slacking on the job, mate?"
"Of course, sir!" 😂
oh also you can press middle click to change perspective to your left side... making it easier to peak around corners and shoot people on your left lol
also aiming by pressing C changes you to first person iron sights. When you are aiming in third person its considered hip firing and thats why you aren't as on target and theirs bloom to your shots
This is sick ngl love the idea and your just destroying them all lmaoo
Kind of seems that the invading person has so much more chance to win, would be fun to see if the invader only had first person view and cant 3th person peak
I think getting rid of some ui would definitely make it a lot better. Maybe get rid of the little circle that shows up when you hold your breath with a scope
This is one of the coolest things I've seen in a game. Good on them for coming up with this. I would have never considered getting this game but now I'm going to buy it because this looks so fucking fun
wait... so you get kicked for camping... in a sniper game?
Imagine if it told you the name of the person hunting you... you see jackfrags has joined your game - imagine the panic haha
This is possibly the best mode in the history of gaming!! Shout out to Rebellion
This game is the first time I felt invasion mode was done well, some minor tweaks could make it near perfect but only other game I felt did it well was Deathloop but that would be really frantic and it did set progress back compared to Sniper Elite
Mindjack did it on ps3.
Awesome Jack, downloading this today! Looks like great fun, cool game mechanic similar to Dark Souls invasions.
"Eliminated for camping"
I'd lose to see a real sniper's take on how absurd that is
Loved watching this, i will try this out as i haven't yet. With the pigeons in mission Spy Academy, you shoot the cardboard pigeons 10 in total for a bonus medal.
Isn't it kind of BS to be eliminated for camping in a Sniper game? It's even worse to be kicked from your own single player game, outside some sort of timed objective. Most of a sniper's actual job is scouting/observation. The role demands a degree of camping.
Very fun, you're correct I've never seen an fps have a single player invasion mode, very cool. Thanks Jack.
Mindjack on ps3.
More of this content please, love your work, love this game! 😀
Commentary is fun and kind. Subbed
That grenade kill in the end was super cool though man lol I loved it!
The invasions is so awesome! Kind of gives off the vibes of the movie enemy at the gates how they brought in the major to hunt the Soviet sniper!
WE NEED MOAR of such content, jackfrags. This is so fantastic 👏
Are you slacking on the job mate?
German soldier: of course sir!
😂😂😂😂
That is entertainment! I’ve been playing single player only with invasions turned off so far. I plan on turning invasions on for my second play through. Maybe even invading before my second play through. Anyway, thanks for that!
7:10 Jack: Are you sacking on the job mate?
German Soldier: Aber natürlich (Of course) 😂
I have to say I love this game mode in Sniper Elite 5, its a blast. Most of my experience is being the 'hunted' player, but I love it when my games get invaded. I spend the time hunting the hunter. Fantastic fun.
Running across a bridge when there's an enemy sniper. You're a brave man.
A game about sniping where you lose if you camp too much. That's like playing Dark Souls but you die if you roll.
I play on Authentic. Love it. I don't like the invaders not being given the same restrictions to the HUD and bullet drop etc. Good fun still
Plz, do more videos on this mode, it is just great, i love your work :)
That was very entertaining. And your education is just impressive.
I played the souls game for the no other reason than to invade. I'll be on this a lot, thanks for showing this gem of a game man.
Late to the video but seeing this video make wanna buy the game and try to ruin myself, other players games lol. Nice video!
No one plays this game series anymore hardly at all. They have a ridiculously low player base even when it first came out barely anyone played it.
6:32 bro really just walk over the trap like it was nothing 😂
Would love to see more of this. This game mode is great for your format of videos
