Whether you are new to Pilates or want a little refresh on the fundamentals, this full body beginner pilates workout will lead you through a flow of beginner exercises. This routine will help you either learn or reinforce many of the pilates principles and basics that are carried throughout many pilates classes.
I’ll guide you through exercises to build core stability and strength as well as movements for a healthy and mobile spine. This 30 minute workout will help to lay a foundation for you to build on as you continue your pilates journey.
All you’ll need for this routine is your mat, and an attitude for learning, slowing down, and finding control and deeper connection.
