I am a new subscriber. I heard about your channel from Ms. Gay at Apron Stings (such a wonderful lady!). I absolutely love your videos! I like how you explain things. You are so enjoyable to watch and follow! I can't wait to get caught up on all of your videos and make lots of yummy breads! Thank you so much! Take Care and God Bless ❤️
You are so fun to watch! Relatable and comfortable teaching style. It doesn't always work out perfect! Nice that you and your husband are a team. Thanks to both of you!
I have learned so much from you Ellen! Too wet or dry, scary at first, gotta trust and listen to the ancestors tool I'm out of bread flour or I'd be making this right now! Hamburger rolls on the list too! Hugs to you n hubby! Aloha from Wailuku, Maui!
I've had my Zo mini for less than 2 wks. I've made a few flops & a few OKs. I've finally decided I have to test my dough & measure properly as I've learned from watching you. I prefer a more artisan bread with some crust & chew & think this recipe will make a great sandwich bread for me. I'm going to make it today. Thank you for all the great videos.
@@rosemontgomery5029 if you want crust and cheese, search for my Rye bread recipe, Herbs de Provence recipe, and Italian bread recipe. It’s easier to search on my website than on UA-cam. It's in the Zo now. I'm hoping to slice it horizontally. Wish I had fresh rosemary. I have watched all of the above recipes except for the Rye. I'm waiting for the timer to do a dough check. Thanks so much.@@BreadMachineVideosWithEllenH
That looks so good. I make it with basil and tomatoes. Love it. Went on a search for Focaccia and here you are! I think I'll try this for tonight's dinner! Looks like a winner. And, as always, you are sooooo adorable!
Ellen, I just found the little down arrow to show the recipe!! It doesn't show on my computer but it does show on my ipad. Now all I have to do is figure out how to print from my ipad. Thanks for your help whenever I message you. You are the best!!
@@BreadMachineVideosWithEllenH I didn't make the bread 8 days ago, as I expected. I just took it out of the oven about 15 minutes ago. I'll mention you in my Facebook post so you can see the pictures.
I bought my bread machine Zor….. because of you. I really like using. My first loaf I baked in my machine and it turned out great. My second was just the dough. Thank for all the information.
Note: Fresh rosemary comes off the stem much easier if you actually say, "Vvooooop!" as you pull it off. True story. 🌿🤩 I'm going to try and scale this recipe to 2/3 so it will fit in my 1 lb. machine. I can already smell the garlic and rosemary and haven't even started yet.

I don’t really like the taste of olive oil. When my husband retired he took over the cooking (because he was hanging over my shoulder while I was cooking and giving me advice. I finally said fine you cook and stuck the mixing spoon in his hand and walked out of the kitchen). He used olive oil for everything, including our eggs in the morning. I finally told him to quit using it because I didn’t like the taste. He looked at me like I’d killed something 😂😂😂😂
Going to bake this tomorrow for dinner with meatballs and pasta. Can’t wait. Thank you Ellen

Hi Ellen, It looks delicious! I would like to use some cheeses as a topping, do I add it before I put it in the oven when it;s just about done? TIA
I think maybe when it’s almost done would be good.
Ellen, I hope you are doing ok. I haven’t seen you since the Focaccia bread.

Ha ha! I hate olives but don’t mind olive oil as part of a whole. Just use grape seed oil or another neutral oil.
