I know is similar to the BvS one, but it has some details, such as the goggles and the ear protection, that I don't know to do by my own.

Is the cut in the middle of the chest. Where you join the two halves also outward angle. Or flat?

You should do a mecha-looking Rhino cosplay. For example, the Hulkbuster arms with the chestpiece from the armored batsuit from BvS and the legs from Iron-Man, all in grey and with a cool looking helmet.
Hey l went on you're website and went to templates then l printed the chest and other templates,once l cutted them out will it look like batman armor ,because l don't want to cut foam and then it is not the right templates?

Would love to see "Iron Batman" suit. An Ironman suit but, with lite Bat logo on the chest and Bat-suit color scheme. Basically, Bruce Wayne's version of Stark's armor.
Any chance we can get some type of superman build. Maybe injustice style since armor is more your thing. Looking online there are so few Superman cosplays and most are just Man Of Steel or Donner style suits.

First. I love your videos. I do have a question. Why not use your laser cutter for a parts that you need? I’m guessing it might not be big enough for larger chest area but I’m sure it would have been for the abdominal parts.
I use the laser for accent pieces but for tutorials purposes I cut pieces by hand since most people don't have a cnc laser

Just out of curiousity, since you make your armour patterns using a mannequin - what would recommend for someone who doesn't have a mannequin? Would you just use your body?
get a friend to help you make a duct tape body dummy, you only need old clothes, plastic kitchen wrap, duct tape, and scissors.
