Great video and thanks for the deep dive into the sherry world. I have a bottle of the GS Mermaid and I like it. Palo Cortado means broken/cut stick which refers to the cross you mentioned. And great t-shirt as well. RIP Chuck.

Springbank Is cool and all, but GS is right in my price range So I'd rarher never see one of these overpriced and underaged red bottles.
